Beach Town Pops is hiring an experienced Onsite Event Manager for a corporate event at Pier 29 in New York City. This paid opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in event management, hospitality, leadership, or brand ambassador roles who enjoy delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Event Manager will serve as the primary on-site representative, ensuring the event runs smoothly while engaging with guests and supporting the Beach Town Pops team throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet the Beach Town Pops team at 10:00 a.m. to assist with event setup.
• Move and monitor the popsicle cart at the designated serving location.
• Serve gourmet popsicles and engage with guests from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Act as the on-site point of contact throughout the event.
• Assist with breakdown and loading at the end of the event.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience in event management, hospitality, leadership, supervisory, or brand ambassador roles.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently while representing the brand.

  • Date: Saturday
  • Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Compensation

• $250 for the event.
