Job Description

Outgoing brand ambassadors are needed for a snack and food promotional event in St. Louis, Missouri. This paid event staffing opportunity involves welcoming guests, sharing food samples, and creating a positive experience at a branded booth. Bring your communication skills and enthusiasm for consumer engagement to this live brand activation.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and engage consumers inside the branded booth.
• Distribute free samples of pre-made hoagies and hot dogs.
• Assist with branded merchandise and restock supplies.
• Unpack product and merchandise boxes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized event space.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be friendly, personable, engaging, and well-spoken.
• Be available for an anticipated 9 a.m.–4 p.m. shift. Hours may vary, and applicants with greater flexibility receive preference.
• Be able to consistently lift boxes weighing 20–30 pounds.
• Be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods.
• Arrange your own transportation to the event in St. Louis, MO 63110.
• Agree to a full background screening and sign the required publicity release.
• Be prepared to supply black closed-toe dress shoes and professional black attire, pending final uniform instructions.
• Provide your name, phone number, email address, and city, state, and ZIP code.
• Include your height, weight, shirt size, and pant size for uniform planning.
• Confirm all shifts you can commit to working.
• Submit two recent JPG photo attachments showing your face and full body. Photos must reflect your current appearance, be taken within the past three to six months, and show you facing the camera without hats, sunglasses, or filters.
• Submit a résumé and/or a summary of promotional experience.
• Indicate any previous work with the staffing team, including the brand and when you worked.
• Include all requested information to be considered. Final booking requires client approval; selected applicants will be contacted directly.

Compensation

• $30 per hour as a W-2 employee.
• Parking reimbursed with a receipt.
• Transportation and lodging costs are not covered.
