Job Description
A creative production team is seeking a DP/Camera Operator with editing experience to join an upcoming YouTube docu-series exploring real human stories of empathy, conflict, and connection through immersive, cinematic storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring a documentary-style approach and a passion for authentic visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Operate camera and manage on-set cinematography for interviews and documentary footage.

• Collaborate closely with the director and sound team to capture powerful, emotion-driven visuals.

• Handle editing and post-production, combining footage into cohesive, impactful episodes.

• Maintain visual continuity and storytelling tone across episodes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DP/Camera Operator and Editor in documentary or docu-series production.

• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and narrative pacing.

• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

• Based in Los Angeles, CA (or able to work locally).

Compensation
