This is a cross-functional role leading Global Influencer Relations and strategy.
What you will do:
Influencer Relations (US & International):
- Initiate, spearhead and implement global influencer strategy for product & branding activations.
- Talent Casting & Discovery (direct talent relations)
- Global Influencer Directives: creating and distributing strategic briefs to MK global offices/licensees
- Content Creation: creating influencer briefing documents for talent and content capture at MK-hosted events/influencer trips
- Contracts: experience negotiating and preparing talent agreements
- Reporting: experience with influencer marketing platforms to track project performance & engagement (i.e., Lefty, Grin, Tribe), internal project recaps
- Budgets: management of the global influencer budget
- Management of Sr. Global Digital Communications Coordinator and Global Coordinator, Influencer Relations
- Oversight of China brand projects
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of communications and PR experience
- Digital & Influencer communications experience
- Personal relationships with agencies and influencers
- Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms (i.e.,Lefty, Grin, Tribe)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with managing budgets
- Ability to work in office 4 days a week
- Receipt of the COVID-19 vaccine is a requirement for this position, subject to applicable exemptions.
