A youth theatre company is seeking a passionate and creative choreographer to join the production team for an upcoming musical in Spalding. This role involves teaching choreography to a diverse cast of performers aged 8–21, preparing them for a full-scale production of a well-known musical. The production will be staged at the South Holland Centre, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant local theatre community.
Job Responsibilities
• Choreograph musical numbers in alignment with the creative vision
• Teach routines to young performers with varying skill levels
• Collaborate with the director and production team on staging
• Attend rehearsals and provide consistent, positive guidance

Requirements
• Strong background in dance and musical theatre choreography
• Experience working with youth aged 8–21 preferred
