Job Description
Casting directors are seeking talented orchestra musicians for an exciting non-union tech commercial filming in the Greater Toronto Area. The production is looking for musicians at an intermediate to advanced level who can authentically perform on camera. No acting experience is required, but candidates should be comfortable being filmed and interviewed in a commercial setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for musicians to showcase their craft in a high-profile campaign with significant on-camera exposure.
Job Responsibilities

Perform as an orchestra musician during the filming of a tech commercial

Participate in brief auditions, wardrobe fittings, and interviews as required

Follow creative direction from the production team during filming
Requirements

Ages 20–50

Must be an intermediate to advanced-level musician

Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Must live in the Greater Toronto Area and be available to film locally

Availability for the following:

Audition with the director (Nov 7th–10th, TBD)

Wardrobe appointment (Nov 16th or 17th, approx. 2 hours)

Filming between Nov 19th–22nd (1 day required)

Compensation

$75 for wardrobe appointment

$650 for one day of filming

Additional $6,000 if likeness appears in the final commercial
