Job Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to join our crew and lead the charge in bringing our clients’ brands to life. As the creative powerhouse behind our projects, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually stunning campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results. As an integral member of our team, the Art Director will oversee a variety of projects spanning print, branding, packaging, and more. If you’ve got an eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a knack for turning ideas into reality, we want you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate closely with our team of copywriters, designers, and strategists to develop innovative concepts and campaigns that align with client objectives
  • Lead the creative direction for client projects, from initial brainstorming sessions to final execution
  • Develop comprehensive brand identities, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and visual elements
  • Create compelling visual assets for a variety of channels, including digital, print, social media, and more
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform your creative approach and inspire new ideas

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
  • Expertise in traditional design principles, including experience in printing processes, branding, and packaging design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Experience in motion design, including proficiency in animation software such as After Effects, is a plus
