This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our US project delivery team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient on-time and on-budget delivery within the US portfolio of accounts.
Working cross-functionally with an expert team of digital marketing specialists across various disciplines (SEO, Paid Media, Research, and Data and Analytics) both in the US and the UK, you will help deliver bespoke and innovative solutions to our clients’ business challenges in a commercially viable way. Combining strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail and hands-on approach to work, you will manage digital marketing programs from conception through to implementation.
As a health and wellness agency, you will be involved alongside our compliance specialist in ensuring compliance requirements are met as needed for production of marketing materials.
Your approach to working with our clients and internal teams will be highly consultative and collaborative. To succeed in your role, you will be expected to build trusted internal and external relationships. We are therefore looking for an experienced Project Manager, who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team. You will have a flexible approach to work and be very comfortable discussing challenges, defining requirements and providing updates to clients.
The fundamentals (required skills)
- Experience working directly with clients (ideally healthcare and wellness clients) to provide a first class service
- Knowledge of core digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, Media, Social and Content)
- First-hand experience working with internal teams to define and cost programs of work
- Commercial awareness with a focus on managing profitability
- Knowledge of the project management technology landscape
- Experience in requirements gathering and production of water-tight briefs
- Experience communicating effectively and influencing across all business levels
