Production Title: Capital One Campaign
Job Description: Casting directors are now casting, actors, models, and influencers to work on scenes filming in Great Toronto Area from Monday, June 20th to Thursday, June 24th. Must be able to work on the said date.
This campaign will showcase the importance of belief by spotlighting real people through a series of docu-style authentic portraits, or moments that represent them and their lives.
Roles:
- ​Dreamers – Those overcoming hurdles or aspiring to better themselves and pursuing their dreams.
- ​Side Hustlers – Those with a small business or small business aspirations. E.g Uber drivers, passion project-ers.
- Those who are starting fresh: New apartment, home, job or relationship.
- ​Single Parents – By choice or life circumstances.
- You can apply alone or with your kids as a family.
- There are no age requirements for kids.
- ​Students – Adult / Mature or Returning Students
- Over the age of 25 +
- This could be university, college or vocational students.
- ​Hard Workers – Front line workers, people in the trades and custodian etc.
- The unexpected – anyone with a story not listed in roles 1 to 6 above, your story has ties to the theme of “belief”.
Must be aged 25 to 65. If you are applying as a family, there are no age requirements for the kids.
Covid Test: June 20, 2022
Rate:
- Adults – $5,000 each
- Kids – $3,500 each
Vaccination Requirements: All film crew and talent over the age of 12 must be fully vaccinated in order to be on set. Proof of vaccination required. Medical exemption is acceptable if proof is provided.

Compensation:
- Wardrobe Fitting: $75 for a 2-hour session ($50/hour).
- Session Fee: $600 for a 10-hour day, with overtime at $75/hour.
- Additional buyout: $3000 for a 6-month term, with the option to renew for two additional 6-month terms with a 10% increase.

- Portray “Thomas,” the older brother and first coach of JJ, who motivates and pushes JJ to be his best on the court.
- Demonstrate authentic basketball skills while conveying the character’s supportive and competitive nature.

- Male, aged 17-30, Black.
- Basketball player preferred; must have real basketball experience and be comfortable performing on-court skills.
- Available for a 12-hour shoot day and a wardrobe fitting session.

- Work closely with the director and production team to deliver a realistic and dynamic performance that captures the character’s determination and athletic ability.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 18-25, Black.
- Must have significant basketball experience and the ability to perform advanced skills as required by the role.
- Comfortable participating in a 12-hour shoot day and a wardrobe fitting session.
Compensation:
- Rate: $1750 for a 12-hour session, including the fitting.

Casting Chinese Talent for Fun Commercial – GTA Area
Job Description:
We are casting Chinese individuals for a fun and engaging commercial. We are looking for people in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) who speak Cantonese or Mandarin. Families are encouraged to apply, provided all family members meet the role specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to appear in a commercial, with no prior acting experience required.
Roles:
- Chinese Woman (55+ years old):
- Character: Sweet, endearing grandmother.
- Language: Must speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Chinese Man (30-40 years old):
- Character: Smart, professional, clean-cut look.
- Language: Must speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Chinese Girl (6-10 years old):
- Character: Sweet, cute appearance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Portray your respective character in the commercial as per the role descriptions.
- Follow directions from the production team to ensure the successful filming of scenes.

- Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Compensation:
- Pay ranges from $600 to $2,925 for one day of filming, depending on the role.
