Job Description
A unique paid casting opportunity is seeking a young girl with dance or movement experience for a special creative project led by an award-winning film director and choreographer. Production is looking for a talented performer who can express emotion naturally through movement and bring authenticity to a visually driven project.
This role is ideal for young dancers with experience in lyrical or contemporary dance, or performers who demonstrate a strong connection to movement and self-expression. Horse riding experience is a bonus but is not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform movement-based scenes for a creative film project
- Follow direction from the director and choreographer
- Express emotion and storytelling through movement
- Participate in filming activities as scheduled
- Work professionally with cast and crew
- Attend production commitments as required
Requirements
- Female talent ages 8–10
- Experience in lyrical, contemporary, or expressive dance preferred
- Strong ability to communicate through movement and performance
- Comfortable working on camera
- Horse riding experience is a plus but not required
- Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when required
- Reliable and able to follow creative direction
Compensation
- $500 AUD talent fee
