Job Description
A remote Walk/Talk voice recording opportunity is seeking fluent English speakers to participate in natural, free-flowing conversations with a partner while recording themselves on a phone. Participants will move around a single room vlog-style, periodically place the phone on a surface, and continue talking directly to the camera with both hands free. There are no scripts or prompts—the goal is to maintain an authentic conversation while varying movement, gestures, and camera angles.
Job Responsibilities
- Have a natural, unscripted conversation with an assigned partner.
- Speak in English throughout the recording session.
- Keep your face clearly visible in the frame at all times.
- Keep the conversation flowing and avoid long periods of silence.
- Alternate between holding the phone while moving and placing it on a surface.
- Walk around the room while talking, turning, and changing camera angles like a vlogger.
- Gesture naturally with your free hand while holding the phone.
- Every couple of minutes, place the phone on a table, shelf, counter, or similar surface for approximately two minutes.
- Continue talking naturally while the phone is resting, using both hands for expressive gestures.
- Pick the phone back up and continue walking and talking before repeating the process.
- Change handheld camera angles throughout the recording, including eye-level, high, low, and side angles.
- Keep the recording natural rather than discussing or narrating the recording task itself.
- Complete the entire recording within a single indoor room.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English.
- Must be comfortable having a natural, unscripted conversation.
- Must be comfortable recording yourself while moving and talking.
- Must keep your face clearly visible throughout the session.
- Must have good lighting that keeps your face visible from different positions and angles.
- Must have access to a single indoor room with enough space to move around safely.
- Must have a suitable surface where the phone can be placed while keeping your face in view.
- Must be able to gesture naturally and vary camera positions throughout the recording.
Compensation
- $25 per hour.
- Earn up to $50 per day

The goal is to keep the conversation authentic, expressive, and free-flowing while varying camera angles and natural movement.
