At Media Partnership we require an enthusiastic and positive TV and Video editor to join our award winning, growing team. The role involves the full spectrum of video production including management, planning and editing. Working collaboratively with our creative team, the TV and Video Editor will take full ownership of the editing process, playing a vital role in delivering World class content to our large portfolio of diverse clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing engaging video content for local and national TV commercials
- Developing and delivering corporate videos to suit various social media platforms
- Clocking commercials and delivering content to TV channels to broadcast specifications
- Working collaboratively with other members of the Creative department to ensure content is fresh and unique
- Using the latest software and keeping up to date with current trends and approaches within the market
- Going home knowing you’ve created something awesome
Key skills
- Proven track record of cutting edge video editing
- Expertise and in-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
- Ability to colour grade using either Lumetri or Da Vinci Resolve
- Understanding and appreciation of how video content can be applied across social media platforms
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience of other elements of the Adobe creative suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Audition) and/or Avid ProTools
Additional Skills
- Exceptional time management
- Ability to turn projects around in a short time scale
- Good communication skills and confident when speaking both internally and externally
- Organised and efficient
Desirable:
- Knowledge of supplying content to broadcasters
- Experience in a commercial environment
