Job Description:
Ariza Talent & Modeling Agency is seeking talent for an upcoming commercial promoting tourism in Northwest Florida’s beautiful beach destinations. The project will feature various outdoor activities, showcasing the natural beauty and adventure opportunities available in the Panama City Beach and surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who can authentically perform one or more of the featured activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in filming for a tourism commercial, engaging in one or more outdoor activities, such as relaxing on the beach, foilboarding, paddleboarding, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, fishing, or stargazing.
• Follow the direction of the production team to achieve the desired shots.
• Attend a fitting session prior to filming and comply with the fitting schedule.
• Be available for a 12-hour shoot day and potentially work overtime if required.
• Travel to specified shoot locations within Panama City Beach, Okaloosa County, or Walton County.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Able to swim and perform water-related activities if applicable.
• Experienced actors or non-actors proficient in one or more of the listed activities.
• Willing to travel to Panama City Beach and surrounding areas for the shoot.
• Comfortable with extended hours and following production schedules.

Compensation Details:

• Session Fee: $500 + 20% per person per day (covers up to 12 hours).
• Overtime Rate: $50 + 20% per hour for any hours exceeding 12.
• Usage/Buyout Fee: $4,500 + 20% for all media, worldwide, in perpetuity (no exclusivity).
• Travel Stipend: $250 for travel in and $250 for travel home for talent traveling from more than an hour outside of Panama City Beach.
• Accommodation: Hotel provided for talent traveling from more than an hour outside of the area.
• Fitting Fee: $150 flat for up to 4 hours; $25 per hour for any additional fitting time.

The manager will create and manage content and deliver strategic best practices for all business partners. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and manage TIAA’s social media strategy to deliver a balance of brand, product and thought leadership messages in support of overall marketing strategy and organization goals in creative and engaging ways
• Execute the TIAA social media strategy, including content creation, content curation, campaign building, community management, community engagement and reporting
• Owning the social content strategy, including creation and management:
• Publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
• Create a regular publishing schedule and implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
• Partner with paid social media team to promote content through paid
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Design, conduct and deliver standard and custom social media reports including campaign results and social listening
• Coordination with employee advocacy and sales engagement program leads
• Monitor social media competitive landscape, producing quarterly insight reports and ad-hoc requests
• Stay abreast of current technology, social media, advertising and content marketing trends to keep abreast of potential opportunities for TIAA
