Vous travaillerez dans une équipe multi fonctionnelle qui vous permettra de découvrir les autres fonctions au sein de l’entreprise : finance, logistique, ventes…
Les missions confiées :
Duracell est présent sur tous les réseaux de distribution : GMS, Réseaux Spécialisés (Bricolage, Jouet, Electronique, etc.…) et E-Commerce. Vous travaillerez principalement sur les enseignes de GMS (Hypermarché, Supermarché).
Dans votre rôle d’Assistant(e) Compte-clé, vous serez responsable de différentes missions pour aider à l’amélioration des résultats de l’équipe en partenariat avec les comptes clés GMS. Les actions et projets qui vont vous être confiés au cours du stage permettront à l’équipe de prendre des décisions et d’accélérer nos résultats.
- Mise en place des plans d’actions avec les comptes clés pour développer le chiffre d’affaires (études marketing, tests magasins, concept sell, offres promotionnelles…), notamment via l’utilisation de panels Distributeurs (Nielsen, A3D…)
- Analyse de marché : réalisation des supports d’analyses mensuelles du marché à destination des équipes Duracell et des centrales d’achats, analyse catégorielle et recommandations, préparation des RDV clients…
- Missions transverses sur la Promotion : construction d’argumentaires de vente, coordination avec les équipes force de vente et logistique, mise à jour des planning promotionnels, analyse des réalisations tracts
- Support à la mise à jour et au partage des éléments d’assortiment et de promotions des enseignes. S’assurer de leur mise en place en magasin via des commandos terrains (enseignes non couvertes par la Force de Vente)
Description du profil recherché :
– Etudiant(e) en Master dans une Ecole de Commerce ou Université
– Curiosité, rigueur, sens de l’analyse et envie d’apprendre
– Une capacité à travailler en autonomie et à distance en télétravail
– Permis de conduire obligatoire
– Niveau d’anglais professionnel
– Idéalement, vous avez déjà effectué un stage dans une entreprise de biens de grande consommation en tant que chef de secteur ou au sein d’un siège
