Description du poste

La Team Sabon cherche son ou sa prochain(e) stagiaire ! Si tu as envie de rejoindre une équipe en croissance, pleine de projets et d’idées, c’est le stage idéal.

L’assistant(e) travaille sous la responsabilité et en collaboration avec la Responsable Marketing & Communication.

Missions

Social Media :

  • Community Management : gestion du compte Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok et Pinterest (répondre aux commentaires et aux messages, renvoyer vers le SAV, etc.)
  • Création de contenu Instagram et Tik Tok (Idées de stories, post et autres animations)
  • Gestion de la page Pinterest (contenu organique)

Influence :

  • Benchmark quotidien de nouveaux profils correspondant à l’image de marque Sabon
  • Prise de contact et gestion des envois influenceuses
  • Rédaction et suivi des briefs
  • Analyses des campagnes

Relation presse :

  • Suivi des projets PR et envoi des produits à l’agence PR

Veille concurrentielle :

– Benchmarks hebdomadaires de la concurrence (nouveauté produit, concept-store, animations, etc.)

Création support de communication

  • Brief Graphiste
  • Création de contenu : digital & print

La liste des missions n’est pas exhaustive. Le ou la stagiaire sera aussi amené à suivre la mise en place des campagnes commerciales selon les guidelines retail & digital. Le ou la stagiaire sera aussi amené à se rendre en boutique pour créer du contenu en boutique. Le ou la stagiaire pourra aussi participer à l’organisation d’évènement et meet-up en boutique.

Profil recherché

M1 ou M2 – Master spécialisé en communication digitale (Ecole de commerce ou école de communication)

Profil :

Tu t’intéresses aux réseaux sociaux, aux tendances actuelles et à l’influence.

Tu as un fort intérêt pour les métiers de la communication digitale

Tu es autonome et rigoueux(se)

Tu es polyvalent et tu as envie de découvrir des missions variées.

Compétences :

Tu as une bonne orthographe, ainsi qu’une bonne syntaxe

Tu es créatif(ve) et force de proposition.

Tu maitrises le pack office & l’outil Canva

Tu comprends bien l’anglais (écrit principalement)
