Title: Creative Director

Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications

Job brief: The Creative Director will lead and guide the creative process from concept to implementation across the Tim Tebow Foundation. They will be capable and an experienced individual passionate about using their creative skills to elevate the way TTF tells their story and invites family members into the mission to help serve the world’s Most Vulnerable People. The ideal candidate will be filled up by brainstorming, communicating vision, leading strategy implementation, consistently pursuing excellence in execution, analyzing performance, and maintaining the highest level of integrity, both relationally and administratively. 

Responsibilities:

Establish and lead the creative direction of the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Marketing & Storytelling

  • Brainstorm, communicate, and implement the creative vision and concepts for all digital platforms, marketing & communications materials, websites, and campaigns
  • Help drive, oversee, and elevate TTF’s creative visuals across all assets and platforms
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing and content techniques
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions

Lead the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Storytelling and Communications team 

  • Support the team with creative direction and strategy on big projects as well as daily content output
  • Lead the Communication’s team daily workflow, content creation and strategy, assigning of stories, and monitoring deadlines and budgets

Work alongside VP of Branding to ensure brand guidelines

  • Help shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all marketing and communications are brand appropriate
  • Support the VP of Branding through brand standard review and implementation

Lead creative concepting across TTF

  • Take the lead on concepting creative strategies across the TTF ministry, such as, but not limited to: the Annual Celebrity Gala & Golf Classic, Night to Shine, Giving Tuesday, fundraising campaigns, on-going content creation, Shine On, and more…

Work closely alongside Missio Creative Agency

  • Act as Producer for various campaign shoots
  • Ensure resources are properly allocated and budgets met
  • Share creative concepts for implementation
  • Support all content capture, storytelling, graphic design, and post-production

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading creative vision and strategy
  • Ability to help mentor Marketing and Communications team
  • Proven ability to lead creative direction from concept to completion across various marketing, advertising, or communications campaigns
  • Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, video editing programs, and Canva
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
  • Comfortable with leading staff meetings
  • Experience working in or with a creative agency is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
