The Communication team works cross-functionally to unlock new ideas and bring the L-Acoustics brand to life through consistency of look, voice, and messaging. Collaborating with various teams such as HR, Application Project, Marketing, and advising leadership, the team successfully executes campaigns, product launches, announcements, brand partnerships, events and demonstrates brand values through everyday interactions. As an in-house creative team, they’re responsible for spearheading the tone and flow of artistic direction, editorial content, design, and social channels.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to contribute to oversee the development of the social media strategy for our brand “L-Acoustics Creations”.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building a community on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter… and boost brand awareness
  • Defining and managing daily editorial and content calendar across handles, ensuring excellent storytelling and engagement with followers, as well as ensuring consistency of tone of voice, and brand guidelines
  • Responding to comments and engaging in other people’s posts in a timely manner
  • Providing ideas to increase the community engagement and following
  • Building relationships with bloggers, journalists, and other Instagram accounts
  • Working cross-functionally across marketing, PR, product, and more to develop innovative social strategies, and amplify campaigns
  • Being the central social point of contact for markets/regions for Worldwide programs, events, and product launches
  • Creating social toolkits and playbooks that inform, nurture, and motivate our Viewer community at scale and with consistency across international
  • Defining and tracking the health of the community internationally
  • Identifying trends, behaviors, interests, and insights across the Viewer community to identify new opportunities and to help shape how we serve the community

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a social media manager, ideally for a luxury / high tech / automobile brand addressing premium customer base
  • Experience monitoring, analyzing and reporting on KPIs, and using data to understand and adjust social media strategy
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity in crafting engaging content

Location: Westlake Village, California

Travel: This position may require infrequent travel in the US and abroad for short or extended periods of time, depending on company needs.

  • Film a short project over a 4–5 hour session

  • Operate cameras and support equipment as needed
