OVERVIEWÂ Â
THR33FOLD is looking for a talented Social Media Director with both owned and paid digital experience to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in North America. You will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic social media campaigns and social media management for North America, Latin America, and Europe across the agency’s global clientele. You will be a thought leader and counselor to agency leadership and agency partners. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and growing the agency’s social media team.Â

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
- Demonstrate knowledge of the overall social landscape and stay up to date on social media best practices. Â
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Â
- Recommend, develop and implement innovative strategy and media tactics consistent with client briefing. Â
- Manage, develop, train, and coach a cross-client social team. Â
- Day-to-day oversight and management of key social web platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Â
- Develop strong client relationships and build trusted partnerships. Â
- Develop and implement social media campaigns across platforms. Â
- Lead the team in developing and executing a framework of innovative paid social media plans across the agency and key clients.Â
- Create, manage and monitor social media strategy for campaigns across clients. Â
- Set social measurements and ROI, monitor progress and provide clients with reports.Â
- Manage analytic and social ROI analysis of campaigns and on-going initiatives. Â
- Work with leadership to develop, implement and maintain operating procedures across accounts and deviate in specific cases to build custom operating procedures.Â
- Demonstrate ability to present strategies/plans/pitches to all level of clients. Â
- Lead team meetings around industry news and social cases. Â
- Mange social media operational budget. Â
- Manage social media client budgets. Â
- Develop social media training for executive marketing teams of clients.

REQUIREDÂ Â
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (Professional level proficiency in Spanish is required). *Portuguese a plus. Â
- 4+ years of social media management experience required. Â
- 4+ years of marketing/ advertising agency experience.Â
- Positive problem-solving attitude.Â
- Good understanding of the digital landscape. Â
- Solid writing skills and effective communication ability across all mediums. Â
- Can work on plans and manage staff independently. Â
- Can motivate and lead staff. Â
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Â
- Familiarity with the following disciplines: branding, marketing, content development, design. Â
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, but able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Â
