PURPOSE: The PR Manager brings quick-thinking, passion and leadership to Lola Red’s core services: Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media Strategy. Working alongside account managers and team members, you’ll set the direction for achieving clients’ KPIs and answering the questions of what’s next. You connect the dots on what challenges are faced, what goals need to be met, and the strategy to get there. You’re an active leader that can guide coordinators, interns, and managers to be the best PR professional partners to our clients and partners. FOCUS:Â Â
- 20% team management, education and oversight Â
- 30% strategic public relations guidance and leadership for clients and new business proposals
- 50% public relations and communication execution for Lola Red clientsÂ
RESPONSIBILITIES:Â Â
- Develop and execute integrated public relations campaigns including media relations, influencer marketing, and social and digital strategy that make our clients seen by target audiencesÂ
- Collaborate with new business team to establish strategic public relations proposals for new clients Â
- Work with account teams to achieve client KPIs that support client satisfaction, growth and retention Â
- Deliver strong storytelling and messaging practices that effectively highlight client’s brandsÂ
- Ability to gain quick understanding of client industries, trends and potential crisesÂ
- Maintain knowledge on a client’s budget and allotted hours to effectively manage and complete tasks at hand while maintaining profitability Â
- Participate in weekly departmental EOS L10 meetings to align public relations department, measure success, identify areas of concern and establish necessary solutions
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key members of the media and influencers on behalf of Lola Red and its clients
- Knowledge in earned, owned and paid channels and how to align clients with the right approach
- Understanding of influencer marketing strategies and execution across social media platformsÂ
- Act as a mentor to all members of the public relations team to help them grow personally and professionally Â
- Conduct weekly, monthly and annual status reviews with members of the public relations team that align with Lola Red’s overall EOS review process Â
- Demonstrate leadership through manager group to address company issues and develop solutions

REQUIREMENTS:Â Â
- 5-7 years professional experience in public relations, media relations, communication
- 3+ years prior agency experience preferred  Â
- 3+ years of client-facing interaction and management of strategic public relations, marketing or communications strategiesÂ
- Strong understanding of current public relations strategies, including influencer marketing and media relationsÂ
- Proven leadership in managing, guiding and successfully developing a team Â
- Degree in public relations, strategic communications, digital marketing and/or communications a plus
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in an entrepreneurial business environment

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. They are responsible for maintaining the company’s production assets and working with the department production calendar so that equipment is ready for each project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support production staff with variety of projects using production gear including various models of cameras, lenses, tripods, and other gear related to shooting.
- Work with Production team to build sets for production needs.
- Assist with general duties.
- Maintaining production equipment before and after projects.
- Coordinate the tracking of all production assets.
- Assist with research and ordering of equipment.
- Support with reporting and tracking maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Ingest media into company’s archiving system and prepare media for Editors.
- Log footage and edit basic to intermediate level projects.
- Operate additional cameras as needed for production needs including live events.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
