The Associate Producer will assist in ensuring a cohesive workflow between production, Art Department, Post Production, Talent, and Creative teams. They support the Producers in day-to-day pre-production tasks to make sure no details are missed leading up to a shoot, and participate in on set production responsibilities ensuring a smooth and successful filming process.

Your Direct Responsibilities
- Work with TBNR Producer and Production team assisting in:
- Coordinating and executing all production logistics for our IRL YouTube Channels
- Communicating shoot dates and times with all departments
- Scheduling and leading scouts/walkthroughs/playtests/pre-production meetings
- Securing filming locations, rentals, releases, and building/managing our relationships and roster
- Tracking all production purchases & reconciling credit card receipts per episode
- Coordinating all main talent, animal talent, extras or specialists and any accommodations needed
- Coordinating travel and accommodations when we are filming outside of Dallas
- Coordinating additional freelance crew when a production calls for it
- Coordinating and executing any meals/catering
- Anything else the production requires you to assist with
- Participate in pre-production meetings to make sure everyone has what they need and is on the same page
- Ensure production teams have everything they need on filming days
- Keep shoots on schedule by helping manage on set workflow
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Google Suite, Monday.com, Slack
- Understanding of production processes
- Great Communication Skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Organized
