Rate: Up to $67/hr Depending on Experience
Our global professional services client is looking for a Video Art Director to join their innovative team.
The role will be 40 hours a week for 3 months with a chance to convert to full time employee. The role is hybrid with onsite requirements 2-3x per month.
The Video Art Director will be responsible for:
- Connecting ideas, design principles and content to create an actionable video storyboards
- Conceptualizing and visually developing ideas from rough thumbnails to polished final deliverables
- Maintaining overall photo/video library and noting key footage to weave together in future video pieces
- Communicating visual goals, work progress and managing expectations with cross-functional internal, creative supervisors and external partners
- Following document management requirements (i.e., file naming and storage) according to the productions guidelines
The ideal Video Art Director will have:
- 5+ years working with video
- Proven success conceptualizing ideas visually
- Comfortable pitching concepts to Creative Director and creative team
- Experience working on multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of 3D workflows
- Understanding of how programs like Unity and Unreal Engine can bring value to a video
