JOB OVERVIEW
This role will be dedicated to helping drive the vision and voice of the Josie Maran brand. In this role you will be dedicated to working across all levers of PR and supporting our influencer community.
WHAT WE NEED YOUR TALENTS, SKILLS, AND PASSION FOR
Media
- Assist in facilitating media plans and communicate daily with PR agency
- Manage and place all product orders for agency partner for always-on and new product launches
- Monitor trends in PR, influencer, beauty, social, applications, tools, etc.
- Help maintain agency’s pitch calendar ensuring agency has all assets to execute in a timely manner
- Assist in media relations and execution of PR initiatives (desksides, events, partnerships, etc.
- Work in tandem with the agency partner to compile on time and in full monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Influencer
- Recruit & discover rising influencers for campaigns and growing Josie Maran influencer community
- Assist in campaign set-up, tracking/management and reporting through influencer software
- Support planning and organizing all PR boxes ensuring key community members receive giftings
- Assist with evergreen mailers ensuring we are gifting new community members consistently
- Submit and track invoices for processing in a timely manner
Admin
- Maintain and upkeep master relationship list
- Virtual beauty “closet” management with external warehouse
- Build weekly team meeting agendas
- Help track spend for key initiatives & mailers
- Support team with product shipments
- Be a team player & assist with all requests across team as needed
REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of influencer and/or public relations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge using influencer software and reporting tools
- Strong written communication, relationship building and organization skills

Production Crew Needed for Upcoming Shoots
Job Description
A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a dynamic, creative set environment. Applicants must indicate the city they’re applying for: Cape Coral (FL), St. Augustine (FL), Orange Beach (AL), or Astoria (OR).
Job Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days
Requirements

Previous on-set experience in your applied role

Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

Compensation

Production Assistant: $220/12
