The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer with experience managing end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, retail and OOH campaigns, ensuring a seamless production process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully line manage the production process from briefing through to post-production across channels including digital campaign, print, social media, In-store and OOH
• Maintain clear lines of pre and post production communication with Hidden clients
• Work closely with creative services personnel in ensuring production expectations are followed using existing knowledge and expertise
• Communicate clearly between internal and external personnel by delegating tasks and responsibilities from junior producers to creatives across freelancers, studio and photography
• Comfortably manage production teams of up to 30-50 personnel during production
• Manage resource and timelines efficiently to meet project standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
• Ensure project budgets are consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed
• Maintain external relationships with third party production and suppliers in ensuring project scope is consistently followed
• Motivate Mid-weight / Junior Producers to ensure best practise is delivered
• Supporting the new business team and building client relationships – focusing on actively and proactively forging new contacts as well as maintaining existing relationships.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years’ production experience in an agency / production company environment
• Confident technical production knowledge across industry standards
• Experience working on campaign shoots in the UK and overseas
• Close network of contacts including creatives, photographers, studio, agents and freelancers
• Highly organised and confident negotiator
• Strong financial understanding across budget handling (£250k+)
• Comfortable collaborating with in-house and external creative and production team
