OK COOL is a (very) creative studio for social media.

We humanize brands. We connect them to culture. We help them think, act and behave like the people they need to connect with. Our clients are cultural powerhouses like Nike, Disney, Spotify, Converse, Mr Porter, Bumble, Tag Heuer, Gucci and COS to name a few.

If, like us, you’re obsessed with digital culture and you spend a massive portion of your day online, here is your chance to get paid for it.

OK COOL’s headquarters are in London but we are rapidly expanding in the US. We need a social creative lead to join our team and build our creative department and roadmap to help continue driving agency growth. We’re looking for a social first ideas person who can lead all creative work and conceptualize clever, innovative concepts across all social media channels. Our dream person is someone who can come up with ideas for TikTok, Reels, Feed and all other social media platforms and formats.

You live and breathe social creativity, presenting work to clients, have acute attention to detail, and are passionate about innovation in communication. This is a fast-paced work environment, so attentiveness and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must. You’re able to stay humble while showing off your creative thinking, and will help us maintain an environment that encourages expression, inclusivity and collaboration.

You’d be in charge of:

● Lead the overall social creative vision and development process on major client accounts.

● Conceptualise short-form video content and come up with clever ideas for social media posts, mainly for TikTok, Reels, Instagram feed and YouTube

● Partner with account and production leaders to identify creative objectives and strategies; provide input into creative briefs.

● Push the creative envelope, continually raising the bar on the quality of the client’s creative while delivering successful business solutions for our clients.

● Hiring and managing a team of designers, copywriters, social mavens, content creators and more. Ultimate accountability for the quality, strategy and integrity of all creative deliverables.

● Monitor trends in the social, digital, marketing, design and advertising industries in order to position the brands as the leaders in their industry.

● Improve accountability across creative teams through management and process improvement.

● Organize a creative team with appropriate structure, experience levels, diversity of skills, etc. Plan, assign, schedule and direct work.

We’d love for you to live in NYC, LA or Miami so you can join us IRL on occasion – but we all work from home full time.
