Pay Structure: Salary + Quarterly performance bonus

Role Responsibilities:
- All video creative for all brands who work with GASSED
- Writing scripts for ad creative; will be used for self-shoots, team shoots and talent
- Coordinating with talent; including but not limited to finding talent, scheduling shoot time/location/resources, acting as intermediary between staff and talent
- Editing ads to be ready for publishing, adhere to production standards and ensure creative is uploaded to company platform
- Any other creative-related tasks deemed necessary by company leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years of video production experience
- Strong pre-production and post-production skills
- Understanding of social media advertising
- Access to an iPhone for filming purposes
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for catching mistakes
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
