JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a well-established and growing, national OOH and alternative advertising company based out of Beaverton, OR with offices in Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, & Philadelphia. We are currently looking for detail oriented, process driven Project Managers and Media Coordinators to join our team. You will work with a team and at times independently to develop and execute national, regional, and local advertising campaigns. In this position you will work with OOH media companies to develop proposals on behalf of some of the largest well-known brands in the nation. We are looking for career focused project managers to join our team. The perfect candidate will have OOH media experience, specifically experience working with media vendor partners to generate and compile proposals for a variety of RFP’s and media formats on behalf of Client as well as a detailed understanding of the project management cycle. You know not only what it takes to create and execute a plan but ability to budget, track, analyze, adapt, document and share results internally and externally. You do this in the OOH media space and are familiar with current vendors and media formats and have an understanding of vendor inventory avails across a variety of markets nationally, both traditional and non-traditional OOH formats.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 Year college degree or related work experience –Media Planning / Buying experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate ability to identify problems, reconcile issues, develop a plan, and take action
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Office programs
- Extremely organized and incredible attention to details
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask & prioritize
- Energetic & Cheerful Team Oriented Attitude with the ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and execute national and regional OOH advertising campaigns as a media owner and buyer
- Assist in development of media plans with recommended media formats which best reach key target audiences.
- Planning, Implementation, and Completion of media plans working as liaison between sales team, vendors, partners and clients.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships
- Pull research to support the development of media objectives, strategies and tactics.
- Track campaign measurables for post campaign reporting
- Follow industry trades to stay relevant with trends, technology, and competitive information.
