JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Beaver, Continuing Education is seeking a director for our Musical Theater summer camp.
Tentative dates and times are Monday through Friday, June 27 – July 1, 2022, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This camp is designed for children ages 7-15 years old and is scheduled to be held in the Auditorium of Penn State Beaver, 100 University Drive, Monaca, PA 15061.
The Musical Theatre Director will be responsible for:

Conducting auditions and assign parts for an amateur Disney Jr production.

Organizing and choreographing camp activities, costumes, and stage props.

Overseeing and directing student workers.

Throughout the week, prepare children to sing and perform on stage for an audience on the final day for their family and friends.
This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances:
• PA State Police Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
• FBI Criminal Background Check.
