The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for a Junior Influencer Partnerships Intern to assist us in building out our Influencer Marketing strategy.
We are looking for a Junior Influencer Partnerships Intern who is ambitious, obsessed with all things social, and understands the power of influencers. Whether you have some prior experience or are looking to venture down a new career path, we want somebody who is highly motivated, that has the know-how and confidence required to be an influencer marketer.
As the team grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow too! Working alongside our Partnerships Team, not only will you be able to develop your skills within this role, but we want you to bring your own thinking and ideas to drive the team’s development.
This is a paid, 6-months internship, however, should you become an influencer obsessive that we couldn’t Lounge without, there is every possibility this will become a full-time role.
What you will do at Lounge:
- Manage relationships with our international Female Family across many social platforms.
- Support and work towards peak periods and key launches across the business.
- Assist with seeking new and growing micro influencers across a global scale.
- Build out a database of influencers and work alongside our wider influencer team to create a strategy to grow brand awareness and increase brand affinity.
- Identify growing accounts across Instagram, TikTok and beyond.
- Get creative & share ideas within the marketing space as well as having touch points and opportunities to discuss wider campaign ideas.

- Are methodical in your approach to planning and execution, with a fine eye for detail.
- Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
- Have some knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and consumer behaviour through social media.
