This role is responsible for creative art direction and design efforts on projects from conception to execution.
Summary:

Our team strives to deliver operational excellence by elevating and evangelizing the content platform products and services to our various business partners. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in education/ recreation or a related field from an accredited university preferred. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a full-time position working with youth.  Like years of experience in a substantially similar position may be considered.
A current commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred, and the ability/willingness to obtain CDL, if requested, in the future.Â
A safe driving record is required and must be maintained.Â

As our Director of Education, you will:
- Lead and grow the Stage 32 Education Division.
- Be sales goal oriented and hold yourself and your team accountable.
- Develop growth plan for Stage 32 Education – to include growing education attendance and increasing revenue.
- Plan and program Stage 32 online education calendar (approximately 14-16 webinars, classes and labs a month). Research and identify potential class, webinar and lab hosts and topics, determine curriculum and book them on the class schedule.
- Develop accompanying marketing copy and graphics for classes, webinars and labs.
- Identify and pursue high level educators and A-List type talent to teach for Stage 32.
- Expand Stage 32 Education’s global positioning throughout the UK/Europe and other international entertainment footholds by building regional specific libraries of content to serve our global audience.
- Develop monthly high-profile lead generation virtual events or other initiatives to include Stage 32 educators and strategic partners.
- Be a front-facing advocate for Stage 32 Education and the overall platform both online and offline, which includes being active on the Stage 32 platform, social media and speaking engagements.
- Being actively logged into Stage 32 and helping guide members on educational opportunities and presenting yourself as an expert in your field.
- Be available to attend various industry events to help promote Stage 32 (ie. film festivals, seminars, parties, etc.)
- Provide reporting and analysis for management, explain results and give recommendations.
- Become an expert in Stage 32’s products and services and where they sit within the larger ecosystem.
- Implementing new, streamlined strategies on how to run the day-to-day business operations.
- Communicate professionally and at multiple levels within the organization; anticipate needs and correspond proactively
- Work directly with Stage 32 management in a goal oriented, progressive environment.
Skills necessary:
- Ability to navigate and organize via common online systems (Google shared docs, Gmail, YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn Go To Meeting/Go To Webinar, Zoom and Canva programs.
- Ability to learn and navigate Stage 32’s internal editor system.
- Ability to stay on top of various tasks at a time.
- Ability to assess and identify worthy opportunities for growing the brand by using a Value Time Spend model
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks. Daily priorities will differ so please be flexible.
- Ability to identify and define opportunities for company growth
- Highly digitally organized with strong attention to detail.

Creative Producer
Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd, Century City, Los Angeles, US (3 days working in the office)
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Creative Producer to be in charge of
the creative projects including ideation, script creation, casting, and production for a
set of marketing creative projects, as well as social posting and platforms
management. The Creative Producer is part of the Social team and will collaborate
closely with the rest of Marketing team, CM team and external partners, to initiate and
innovate social ideas and campaigns, manage project timeline and budget, and
ensure efficient project execution and distribution content across social channels.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the marketing strategy and user growth by leveraging social media to identify, acquire and engage with BIGO users
- Strategize social growth by producing and posting viral, original and premium content for BIGO brand and its affiliated social platforms especially YouTube; manage the production stage from ideation to content posting
- Think out of box to initiate 360 social campaigns and publish consistent and engaging content across social platforms to ensure content diversity and density
- Create and manage social content calendar and project roadmap including schedule, budget, resource allocation, target, copywriting and hashtag etc.
- Actively partner with internal creators and source external influencers to support content creation and brand growth
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as
- impression, engagement, and acquisition, measuring campaigns’ performance
- against the KPIs and reporting
- Responsible for the social promotion for all marketing and content projects and
- influencer programs
- Build and moderate social media communities by engaging with audiences and monitoring comments, messages etc.
- Work cross-functionally including creative team, user operation team, legal, finance, PR to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree above
- A minimum of 5 years as a social/producer/creative (agency experience preferred) delivering video projects, running photoshoots and more
- Proven experience in the creative projects production and management, from pre-production to post-production stages
- Solid knowledge and experience in graphic design and video editing e.g. Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Canva, CapCut
- Outstanding writing and copywriting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working within tight deadlines and resource constraints
- Passion for storytelling, and solid knowledge of emerging media trends and digital technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills in order to navigate unexpected production circumstances and self starter constantly looking to better the process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to pivot quickly based on strategic business needs
- Excellent communication and team spirit to effectively manage projects
