Professional Qualifications

This position is based out of our New York Facility but, will interact with productions based globally. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with production, studio executives and our internal dailies team. The Associate Dailies Producer must be meticulous, responsive, and able to handle multiple projects across various timelines.
Main Duties
- Serve as the key point of contact between Production and Dailies Operators, distribute dailies related documentation and manage all communications.
- Work with the Dailies teams and engineering to create and revise custom workflow documentation to production spec.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for news to assist the Producer with writing, editing of scripts, building graphics, ensuring successful execution of live shots; the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines; will perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Duties:
- Candidate must have excellent AP style writing skills and work ethic.
- Cover all aspects of the broadcast: news writing, editorial judgment, guest booking and coordination of live shots as well as run teleprompter and may perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure: Production jobs have deadlines, an Associate Producer needs to be able to meet the deadline even under pressure.
- Conflict management: During production work, some conflict will arise, the Associate Producer needs to be able to manage the conflict and provide effective solutions to the issues.
- Leadership skills: Individual must be able to work with little supervision and self-initiative.

- Flexibility: The working schedule of an Associate Producer is not standard. In fact, the working hours are quite irregular and may often involve weekends or evenings depending on the production. About the Role

Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing budgets, song charts, score memos, clearance requests, and additional production documents.
- Assists in all creative music searches for theatrical releases for three creative executives including DVD shorts, marketing campaigns and more. (drafting briefs, downloading and filing audio, making selections for executives and filmmakers).
- Assembles and oversees end credits and soundtrack credits.
- Managing audio assets for film projects.
- Oversees department intern program (hiring progress and day-to-day management.)
- Functions as music executive on home entertainment division and oversees up to 10-15 projects per year.
- Responsibilities include:
- Hiring and management of composers, music producers, music editors, etc.
- Serves as music supervisor for all films – involving music searches, creation of original songs, etc.
- Managing budgets, song charts, and additional production docs.
- Attend spotting sessions, filmmaker meetings, mixes, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Mac, and iTunes
Eligibility Requirements:

- Experience working in music for a motion picture or television studio, production company, music label, composer, or music supervisor preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a high speed, high stakes office.

- Ability to successfully interact with senior leadership and staff at all levels and cultivate relationships.
- Proactivity, resourcefulness and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Able to quickly prioritize in order to meet time sensitive deadlines.
