Summary Of Role
As an Assistant Producer of Live Events, you will handle multiple projects simultaneously, pull all the projects over the finish line on time and within budget. Essential Functions

- Establishing and communicating timelines and expectations with internal staff in line with client expectations & communicating and sharing project timeline calendars with the client for review/approval

- Providing post-project summary report, including (but not limited to): scenic design vs pictures, agenda, key takeaways, challenges, areas of improvement, budget spend against allocated
- Managing and mentoring junior level staff (coordinators)
