Are you an experienced Product Director with a proven track record of leading game publishing and development for PC and console titles?

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning all aspects of the product, including development, publishing, and operations
- Leading the product group and making final decisions on product strategy, development, and delivery
- Managing cross-disciplinary teams covering design, art, engineering, QA, and production, ensuring alignment and collaboration

What we’re looking for:
- Proven ability to own all aspects of game publishing and development for PC and console platforms
- Strong knowledge of platform nuances including PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and EGS
- Demonstrated experience leading large, multidisciplinary game development teams with the ability to structure, mentor, and guide teams to success
- Excellent knowledge of P&L creation and management, with responsibility for end-to-end results
- Solid understanding of workflows and responsibilities across all major roles in game development
- A collaborative leader with the ability to implement OneTeam culture across publishing and development teams
- Clear vision and understanding of the gaming market landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to balance metrics with business and community insight
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and production tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience forecasting, tracking, and achieving KPIs for live and in-development products

What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Lead Artist, with a strong record in IP development and small team leadership.
- A portfolio demonstrating stylised, distinctive, or culturally inspired art direction, ideally within indie or narrative-driven games.
- Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine, including experience with shaders, lighting, procedural tools, and optimisation workflows.
- Proven ability to build and mentor small creative teams, ideally within distributed or global development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across different disciplines and cultural contexts.
- Willingness to spend time in or relocate to the UAE during key phases of development, with travel flexibility as needed.

Are you an experienced Technical Artist with a passion for building breath-taking, large-scale worlds using Unreal Engine 5?

What you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement procedural content generation (PCG) workflows within Unreal Engine 5.
- Develop tools, blueprints, and editor extensions to support large-scale world-building.
- Collaborate with rendering engineers to ensure PCG systems meet performance and visual targets.
- Build and maintain modular systems for terrain, foliage, and world composition using World Partition, PCG Graphs, and data layers.
- Integrate and extend external tools such as Houdini, World Machine, or Gaea for enhanced procedural workflows.
- Establish and document best practices for procedural materials, instancing, and HLOD systems.
- Prototype data-driven systems for biome generation, asset scattering, and environmental variation.
- Optimise asset pipelines and open-world processes for performance and memory efficiency.

- Support content streaming, LOD, and material workflows for large-scale environments.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist, Tools Developer, or World Building TA.
- At least one shipped title in a large-scale, open-world, or high-fidelity environment.
- Expertise in Unreal Engine 5 tools such as PCG Graphs, World Partition, and Blueprint scripting.
- Strong understanding of procedural generation principles using Unreal, Houdini, or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating or extending editor tools in C++ or Python.
- Solid knowledge of materials, shaders, and instancing for efficient rendering.
- Proven ability to balance performance with visual quality.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
Bonus skills:
- Experience with runtime procedural generation and streaming systems.
- Familiarity with Houdini Digital Assets (HDAs) and PDG pipelines.
- Understanding of rendering systems such as Nanite, Lumen, and Virtual Texturing.
- Background in terrain authoring, biome design, or environment art.
- Experience with UGC platforms like Roblox or UEFN.
- Scripting experience with Python, C#, or C++ for Unreal tool development.
