Job Overview

As the Creative Analytics Director, you will be responsible and accountable to deliver on our mission to help brands be better, faster, for all of the multitude of project work we do for new and legacy brands. Applicants should have experience being responsible for the creative output and business success of an account and have done it well.

 

You will also be expected to:

  • Work alongside our internal stakeholders and external partners to develop creative strategies that lead to original ideas that solve business problems or create business opportunities;
  • Be an original creative and strategic thinker and experienced in all mediums/channels. And also be excellent in craft;
  • Analyze campaign marketing data including click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend, and life-time value.
  • Set the tone for the creative output of the accounts and projects you manage;
  • Work with our brand teams on brand sales and brand pilot initiatives;
  • Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual; and copywriting skills with the goals of increasing client success and InfluenceLogic profitability
  • Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking
  • Lead by example all who come in contact with InfluenceLogic, including internal creatives, and our many content creation projects
  • Communicate and present creative insights to internal team and clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with Google ADH and Google Analytics environments
  • Strong knowledge of attribution and control/exposed methodologies
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in query languages such as SQL, R and other data mining tools a plus.
  • Experience working with digital/social advertising environments
  • Experience with AB and multivariate testing
  • Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills and able to proofread one’s own work and catch/correct typos
  • Can articulate — with specific metrics and analytics — successful campaigns they have worked on in the past
  • Understand and have worked with various types of funnels including webinar funnels, challenge funnels, self-liquidating offer funnels, high ticket sales funnels, eCommerce ads & funnels and other visibility and brand awareness marketing for people in the digital marketing space
  • A real people-person. You live for building relationships and thrive in interpersonal settings. You are genuinely happy in collaboration mode.
  • An innate sense of accountability and effortless ability to take ownership of initiatives. Someone that will drive outcomes and meet expectations. You are not afraid to follow-up and give/take feedback.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, social-media-knowledgeable professional with the interest and skills to manage, build, and extend relationships with social media influencers. Comfort in working over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations are essential for this dynamic role. You will be responsible for working within a team to manage a portfolio of influencers and proactively reaching out to ensure influencer satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new relationships. The ideal candidate loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market and managing the workflow of influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities for an Affiliate Manager

  • Work with the Senior Creator Success Professional (CSPs) and Brand Management Teams to conduct targeted and creative outreach to influencers via email
  • Set and coordinate initial creator pitch meetings for the Senior CSPs
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the influencers’ relationship with the firm and brands
  • Working with the Senior CSP to remain in frequent contact with the influencers to understand their needs, hopes, and dreams
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Work with internal creative, finance, and technology teams to actively solve problems for creators

Qualifications for an Affiliate Manager

  • Knowledge of online market research
  • Ability to work within a team framework to exceed sales goals
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of Hubspot CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Any level of formal education is welcome. Hunger and drive are more important than degrees

Job Overview

We are looking for a Media Measurement and Attribution Manager to join our fast-growing influencer marketing agency team, to measure and evaluate the success of our marketing and media campaigns on performance-based marketing campaigns for our cornucopia of brand clients. Through hands-on campaign data analysis, this position will help define, measure and optimize ongoing marketing campaign performance and strategy development.   The ideal candidate has intimate technical knowledge of major online marketing attribution systems and how to create and troubleshoot campaigns working across a multitude of systems.

This role will work to implement measurement solutions to understand the success of media in market and its incremental effect on the campaigns we are managing. The successful candidate will have experience in understanding marketing measurement needs and work with data partners to facilitate the best possible measurement solutions across devices, campaigns, and platforms. 

Responsibilities for a Media Measurement and Attribution Manager

  • Work with internal technology teams and 3rd party vendors to build the best possible measurement solutions
  • Build measurement frameworks across program, channel and campaign attribution
  • Conduct in-depth evaluation of marketing programs to help derive insights and recommendations for future initiatives in a clear and easily digestible manner
  • Report out on full funnel measurement and attribution
  • Create baselines to help understand media effectiveness
  • Work with the media agency to implement ongoing optimizations.
  • Design and build visual tools to convert complex data into visually digestible information to empower our broader creator engagement team and brand management team

Qualifications for a Media Measurement and Attribution Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline. Masters level degree well regarded
  • 5-7 years’ experience in advertising effectiveness with a focus on measurement and attribution
  • Intimate and in depth experience with Impact Radius and HasOffers/Tune Platforms
  • Experience working with digital media and 1st party data
  • Experience working with Google ADH, Big Query and Google Analytics environments
  • Strong knowledge of attribution and control/exposed methodologies
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in query languages such as SQL, data mining tools a plus.
  • Experience working with digital/social advertising environments
