The Morning Show has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages 6 months and above working on its set. According to the CDC, people age 50 and above are eligible for a second booster, and minors age 6 months and above are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, at this time. The Senior Producer of Branded Entertainment for Beauty & Health plays a lead role in the execution of branded video programs, from pre-production, through physical production, and into post-production.   • Plans and manages versioning schedules and oversees post production artists to ensure that timelines are met.
  • Oversees day-to-day localization workflow ensuring all projects and operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensures a standard of consistency, accuracy and excellence across all localized deliverables.
  • Forecasting deliverables, dependencies, and anticipate obstacles.
  • Communicate daily on task & project status with team and Resource Management.
  • Proactively communicate forecasting details to internal team and client.
  • Manage internal workflow and external client workflow.
  • Identify, schedule, and manage project resources on an ongoing basis.
  • Leading weekly project status meetings and report on project status.
  • Monitor hours billed towards projects on a weekly basis.
  • Managing projects’ scope of work and adjust resources based on additional client requests.
  • Review creative and give notes as needed.
  • Creative quality control.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience.
  • You must be Bilingual (native English/ Spanish) to be considered for this role.
  • Strong experience managing project timelines and resources.
  • Ability to work well with a team of talented people, but capable of working independently.

  • Create the overall roadmap, strategy, and plan for influencer and partner marketing channels
  • Develop strategic KPIs, benchmarks and clear measurements of program success 
  • Lead all aspects of Knotty’s influencer program: Research and define the list of creators we want to work with, create creative briefs, and execute strategic plans
  • Structure and negotiate partnerships with influencers a that create a win-win outcome, manage organic and paid influencer collaborations across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and more
  • Lead and continue to grow the Influencer & Partner Marketing team by providing feedback on briefs, providing contracts, and ongoing mentorship
  • Maintain all communication with all influencers & third party agencies

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and the content creator space
  • Expert in social media culture, rising trends, and emerging influencer talent
  • Strong understanding of how to measure success from influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Exceptional written/verbal communicator and strong networker 
  • Work experience with influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
  • Must be motivated by the goals of social growth and virality
