Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide participants with all necessary forms and information, assisting them in completing any paperwork required.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with the casting team to address any needs or issues that may arise during the event.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may include administrative tasks or support to the casting directors.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 9:30 AM to potentially 6:30 PM (including setup and breakdown time).
  • Previous experience in event coordination, casting, or film production is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proactive, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Garson Studios in Santa Fe, NM.

Compensation Details: The selected candidates will be compensated at a rate of $16 per hour. In recognition of the commitment required, a 12-hour guarantee is provided, ensuring payment for a full day’s work regardless of early completion.
