Casting Call: Lead Role – Biracial Irish-Iranian Males (16 – 21) for TV Series
Job Details: We are currently casting for a lead role in an upcoming TV series. We are specifically looking for young men (aged 16 – 21) of biracial Irish-Iranian heritage. The ideal candidate should be based in Ireland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character authentically, bringing depth and emotion to the role.
- Collaborate with the director and fellow cast members to deliver outstanding performances.
- Attend rehearsals and follow the production schedule diligently.
- Be receptive to feedback and willing to adapt performance based on directorial guidance.
Requirements:
- Male identifying individuals of biracial Irish-Iranian heritage.
- Ethnic backgrounds from Iran including, but not limited to: Persians, Kurds, Gilakis, Mazandaranis, Lurs, Tats, Talysh, Baloch, as well as Turkic peoples including Azerbaijani.
- Playing age between 16 – 21.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Reside in Ireland.
- Availability from February 2024 to May 2024.
- Prior acting experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Compensation: This is a fully paid job if cast. Compensation details will be discussed during contract negotiations.
