Our client is seeking a talented Creative Producer to join their emerging team in an ongoing contract.
About The Role
This candidate will bring your project management and people skills to organize and execute projects for cross-functional initiatives across internal design teams, partner agencies and production houses. Our candidate will support the evolution of creative designs ranging from static, to motion, to video, to audio, by effectively articulating the work, milestones, deadlines and goals along the way. This person will work closely with Emerging Creative’s Design Operations Lead to enable designers and external partners to successfully deliver upon a wide range of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Emerging Creative’s Design Operations Lead on operational project workflows including briefs, SOW’s, timelines, cross functional communications, creative reviews, project check-ins, project tracking, asset management, localization, production design and retrospectives
- Primary day-to-day contact on projects with agencies and internal design teams

Description
The LA Clippers are looking for an upbeat and hardworking Video Production Intern to support our in-house content team. Intern will assist the Digital Media Production team in the creation of all video content for all LA Clippers digital properties.
Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to supporting the production team during all phases of video and audio production, including media management, camera operation, prepping of lights and audio equipment, basic editing, gathering, and handling content for videos, equipment maintenance and organization, and more. A strong understanding of content strategy and how it applies to digital marketing is highly preferred.
This is a paid part-time position based out of our DTLA office. We are looking for someone local to LA and who can commit to an average of 30 hours per week from Jan – Aug 2022. Intern will work all home games (approximate hours are 2pm – 12am on game days).

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As Senior Post Producer, your primary responsibility is to be an ambassador for our post team’s People, Process, Product, and Profits on each of your assigned projects.
You will oversee all aspects of post production on assigned projects from project planning through wrap. As Senior Post Producer, you will lead, manage and provide clear expectations and consistent accountability to the Post Team working on your projects. You’ll be asked to roll-up-your-sleeves as a player-coach and provide mentorship for the less-experience producers on the team.
The Senior Post Producer reports to the Director, Post Production and is managed by an EPs on projects.
Project Planning
- Attend Project Planning Meetings lead by Executive Producers
- Support Director, Post Production with bidding, scheduling and provide post solutions on assigned projects
- Ensure appropriate amounts of post resources and time are allocated to produce assigned projects
- Work with Director, Post Production to resource and assign staff for assigned projects
Creative Development
- Attend Internal Creative Reviews and ensure assigned projects remain within the post scope

Pre-Production / Production
- Clearly communicate post expectations/needs/hand offs to production (i.e specs, etc)
- Coordinate with Line Producer any post staffing needs during production (VFX supervisor, etc)
Post Production
- Co-lead Post Production Kick Off Meetings and ensure creative and post departments are aligned on the creative, deliverables, timing and resources.
- Lead, manage and provide clear expectations and consistent accountability to Post Production staff including ensuring internal staff understands Harvest hour targets.
- Ensure projects remain on budget, on schedule and are delivered to the level of quality expected by clients, including all final media management.
- Responsible for reviewing vendor/freelancer estimates and ensuring CM is obtaining fair market value for services. Negotiate as needed.
- Ensure post production staff understand CM’s process and operate within Post Guidelines

As Video Producer, you will work closely with the Director of Game Presentation and Director of Digital Production to create content and support the video production needs of the in-arena presentation and entertainment teams’ social media.
