Position Summary

We are actively seeking a driven, creative, and strategic candidate to fill the role of Social Media Coordinator to drive best-in-class organic social strategy for SHEIN US. The candidate that will be successful in this role will have in-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, BeReal and other top Gen Z social media platforms, and has an expert grasp on Gen Z culture. The team player should be able to identify trends across the social space before they have taken off and understand how our brand can capitalize on them in authentic ways. The Social Media Coordinator will be a key player in driving big-picture strategy across all social platforms and will be responsible for driving best-in-class engagement and growing key platforms to bring the initiatives to life. Candidates should be highly skilled at forming and managing internal and external relationships, must be good a content creation, generating creative, out-of-the-box ideas, and excel at bringing the best out in others. This person must present an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Create an organized content calendar, posting relevant content daily
  • Collect and research weekly data reports across all social media channels
  • Help engage with our community to help grow and maintain followers
  • Manage, monitor, and update manager with to-do list and calendar
  • Perform social media market research and create reports
  • Assist in marketing and public relations projects with outside vendors/partners, influencers, bloggers, etc.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficient with technology and social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Must have strong copywriting skills
  • Must have great customer service skills for Direct Messaging and questions posted on social media pages and website
  • You know the trending sounds on TikTok today.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Graphic design and/or Canva experience preferred
  • Major plus if you are a content creator!

About the Role

This role will be responsible for all aspects including but not limited to: social media channels, PR press, influencers relations, and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional partners both internally and externally to manage and execute all aspects of the DTC eCommerce marketing strategies.

Job Duties

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or digital Marketing preferred;
  • 8+ years of experience in Women’s Apparel & Fashion is required, in DTC eCommerce is a big plus;
  • 5+ years of proven leadership of large marketing campaigns as well as the direct ownership of social media, PR, Brand and influencer;
  • Excellent, multi-faceted communicator with strong written and verbal communications skills;
  • Familiar with the latest trend in contemporary fashion and the intersection with culture;

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative/Art Director to lead the visual and creative department at Summer Fridays. As the Creative/Art Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall visual identity of the brand across all touch points, including digital, social, print, packaging and retail. You will be responsible for managing direct reports and agencies to ensure the delivery of exceptional visual and creative work that aligns with Summer Fridays’ brand standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of the brand’s visual and creative strategy across all channels, including digital, social, print, packaging and retail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Founders, Marketing, Product Development, Digital and Sales) to ensure consistent messaging, alignment to brand standards and all touch points are optimized for performance

Position Summary:

As an Art Director, you will set the vision and lead a team executing various creative projects ranging from visual style and design from Gamefam games, to development of marketing assets and pitch materials. You will operate as a creative and sometimes technical leader for a team of artists, programmers, and designers. You will conceptualize and construct prototypes, style guides, pitch decks, and storyboards, lead pitch meetings, and guide your team through all phases of production, while providing constructive feedback to both veteran and junior developers. Responsibilities:

  • Formulate creative vision for Gamefam games and lead the team executing all the graphic and visual elements of the game. This includes original IP and licensed games working very closely with IP owners
  • Oversee full production of assets, while providing creative direction and insight at all levels of creative.
  • Lead the team to developing and delivering top-quality creative for all game marketing campaigns – icons, thumbnails, banner ads, social media – collaborating with cross functional team and external brand partners

The Creative Director, Head of Motion Design, is responsible for overseeing the growth of the Motion Design offering inside PXP and maintaining the highest standards of creative execution. This position requires business and creative acumen, as well as the ability to lead a team of artists to ensure that they are aligned with PXP’s values, vision, and mission. Leadership qualities will be critical, as the Head of Motion Design will manage over 10 artists located across the country.

In addition, this role is responsible for driving the business forward by being at the forefront of innovation within the Motion Design space. This requires an expert level of understanding about software, technology, efficient pipelines/workflows, and premium creative executions. The Head of Motion Design is also responsible for partnering with cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent creative vision for all projects that are within their purview.

This person will partner closely with the Executive Creative Director – Post Production, as well as the Heads of Production, to help build out the Motion Design offering so that it flourishes at PXP.
