Duties:

• Booking jobs/travel
• Curating portfolios
• Cultivating new clientele and overseeing all general inquiries for the artists.
• Procuring suitable new artists is required of this position as well
• As maintaining open communication between artists, clients and agency.
• Mentor and manage Junior Agents and Coordinators on outreach, strategy and negotiation, as well as problem-solve within the office.
• Diagnose and resolve problems within and among work groups. (According to top management directives) and when applicable, recommend changes.
• Communicating new jobs for artist and establishing if appropriate for them to be working on.
• Booking/overseeing travel for artists.
• Pitching and developing relationships with new clients for artist.
• Stay up to date with current events and pop culture (celebrities, fashion, movies, music, art, Photography, etc).
• Networking with publicists, publicists, assistants, producers, photographers, etc. Attending events
• Maintaining professional relationship with your artists.
