The position will be based in one of our regional offices.

Main responsibilities

  • Engage with CPG suppliers on Sustainability topics and partnership opportunities
  • Create and identify new and innovative collaborations that advance our Recipe for Change agenda
  • Expand and manage the supplier diversity program by identifying, driving, and tracking opportunities to increase support of diverse-owned suppliers.
  • Develop clear and robust supplier diversity metrics and improvement goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and lead the strategic implementation, execution, and maintenance of supplier diversity programs.
  • Create, implement, and manage tactics and project plans to execute on and achieve supplier diversity goals.
  • Actively support the development of new CPG collaboration and supplier diversity strategies over time.
  • Collaborate with fellow Sustainability team members and various business units to develop and execute on goals.
  • Facilitate ongoing measurement of improvements and achievements; identify gaps and articulate solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Manage and build business cases around sustainability projects, activities, and initiatives to ensure timely deliverables and stakeholder needs.

** The salary range is $105,900.00 annually to $137,580.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Required:

  • Experience working with Merchandising.
  • Proven ability to develop targets and deliver measurable results.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Produce various creative assets from concept to final deliverables while collaborating with internal or external creative teams.
  • You’ll work with stakeholders and clients to clarify requirements and deliverables when there is ambiguity.
  • You will manage projects through the entire production lifecycle: planning, creative, production, and delivery.
  • Ensure all deliverables are meeting partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of creative producer experience with entertainment agencies, in-house creative studios, marketing, or production companies.
  • 2+ years of experience producing high-touch video, motion design, and motion graphics
  • On-set production experience within an agency landscape. 
  • Professional experience with industry-standard creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Online portfolio of work that shows entertainment campaign experience or high-level branded content.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

As the Art Director Designer you will build upon the initial brand book and develop components to help demonstrate the framework of the brand guidelines.

Must have experience building and developing brand books/style guides.

What you will do:

  • Logo usage, typography define placement.
  • Typography- Identify font style for both print and digital applications. Expand when fonts are used, which typefaces are acceptable as well as guidelines for additional styling, size, and use of color.
  • Building out the photography style guide to include but not limited to the color palette, saturation, focal length, shadows, lighting, composition, and background.
  • Help define product images and collect best use examples of how they should appear on marketing collateral.

This Art Director will oversee visual development of our upcoming animated feature film, based on a successful gaming IP, including its characters, world design, conceptual environment, costumes, and props. Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with the needs and direction of the Director, guide the members of the film production team, build a mature film development pipeline, and provide specific plans and adjustment guidance during the process of building the pipeline.
