What are we looking for, and what is the scope?
Beatport is looking for candidates to represent our People and Culture team in the US (Full-time or Part-time). For this reason, preference will be given to individuals in Los Angeles that live within a commutable distance of our office on South Beverley Drive, LA 90035. In partnership with your local Office & Operations Manager, you will define and deliver the People & Community Experience. Given the generalist nature of this role, the right candidate should have a good general understanding of HR practices and requirements in the US and a passion for creating a culture that will enable our employees to evolve, both professionally and personally.
You will work as part of the Global HR Team and report to the VP of People & Culture in London, United Kingdom.
We expect this role to engage with employees across the US & in some cases, other regions. By building relationships, this individual can identify opportunities to make a lasting impact on the organisation and its culture.

The Successful Applicant
The successful People and Culture Manager will have the following:
- Previous experience in an HR-focused role is essential (2-3 years minimum)
- Certification/degree in Human Resources or equivalent
