The role is freelance to start on a Monday to Friday schedule, with a view to making the position a staff role in the near future.
We are looking for a passionate and driven candidate to create and curate video content for the US Sun’s YouTube channel.
Your day-to-day duties will include everything from sourcing, editing and scripting video for the platform in a fast paced environment. There will also be an opportunity to create YouTube original content too.
A deep understanding of YouTube – what works and what doesn’t – is essential. Experience curating and managing a YouTube channel is preferred.
This fast-paced role is based in New York and will require some evening and weekend work as you lead the quick and clickable distribution of the site’s digital content.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic entertainment or showbiz reporter who specializes or wants to specialize in TV shows, and has a deep understanding of the TV landscape, from Teen Mom to the Kardashians and every star in between. - Supports the team in conceptualizing and executing strong, forward thinking, 360 degree brand relevant PR strategies to drive business growth, build brand equity, generate consistent brand exposure, and optimize storytelling
