About The Internship Program
During your internship at Upfluence, you’ll be immersed within the Digital Entertainment Industry. You will work with your team to provide support to our clients to launch their first Influencer Marketing Campaigns. You will have hands-on experience understanding their needs and come up with creative ideas to launch a successful partnership with their creators in various industries, both B2C and B2B.
You will gain insight into the entire Influencer Partnership processes onboarding with the brand, strategy design according to the client’s objectives, creator brief creation, come up with creator’s email communication templates, and a bespoke set up of each of your client’s Upfluence Software account. You’ll also collaboratively shape what success looks like for the changes you propose. The projects you could work on may be team level or span our entire tech organization.
You’ll be challenged and mentored by our experienced team of influencer marketing strategists in turn to develop the skills it takes to strategize, target, and run highly visible digital influencer campaigns. Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)

Project management with various clients: understanding their needs, creating project strategies and documents to successfully launch their Influencer Marketing partnerships (campaign briefs, email templates…)

Follow closely the start and the progress of your client’s influencer marketing projects,

Conduct analyses, monitor progress, & provide insights and weekly reports on completed projects

Provide editorial oversight and share new information from the influencer industry and digital media space to clients,

Participate in strategic thinking in planning influencer marketing campaigns and brand integrations in partnership with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter Influencers, and Twitch Streamers.

Find creative solutions for brands in various industries in collaboration with the operational team

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write news stories for an assigned show and/or newscast, ensuring content is factually correct and written in a clear and concise conversational style
- Verify stories are written to the pictures being edited and/or vice versa
- Follow through on all assignments meeting required deadlines, including contributing to story ideas and development
- Fill-in producing shows and newscasts as needed
- Conduct pre-interviews and on-camera interviews
- Participate in shooting, scripting and editing, as directed
- Perform editing functions as needed

Vaccination Requirements
According to the newly re-negotiated Return to work agreement, All Zone A Cast and Crew must be up to date with their vaccines, including boosters, by March 15th, 2022.
The Return to Work Agreement stipulates that effective March 15th, 2022, only individuals who are “up to date” on their vaccines, as the CDC defines, shall be considered “fully vaccinated.”
Per the CDC, individuals are considered “up to date” on their vaccines if they have received a booster dose at least five months after the last dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or a booster dose at least two months after the first dose of the J&J/ Janssen vaccine.
Reasonable accommodations will be made as required by law for individuals who cannot be vaccinated due to a medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.
