Job Purpose:

The Manager role serves as a primary contact for the NBCU Cable Entertainment Marketing department providing audience insights and collaborating on multi-platform program analysis. This New York based role will contribute to marketing attribution projects and create sizing/demo profiling of key campaign targets. This role is part of the larger Cross-Platform Insights & Analytics group, which provides program performance tracking, forecasting, business and brand strategy, portfolio optimization, and all forms of research-based guidance to functional areas across the NBC six Cable Entertainment brands (Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, USA and Universal Kids).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and execute analytics strategy for marketing performance measurement, managing partnership with various marketing attribution vendors and leveraging third-party and first-party datasets to determine optimal multi-platform media strategy for NBCU Cable Entertainment Networks
  • Work with brand strategy and media teams to identify and quantify audience targets for priority series campaigns, surface insights and collaborate on data-informed audience strategies
  • Support the processing and reporting of on-air, cross-channel, paid and digital promotion data
  • Partner with Information Technology, Measurement Strategy and Decision Sciences teams to develop advanced cross-portfolio data solutions
  • Support broader Cross Platform Insights & Analytics team in analysis of multi-platform program performance and landscape trends (including TV screen usage, device adoption and growth, new and emerging services and technologies)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience focusing on analytics for an entertainment, technology or marketing performance company
  • Well-versed working with Nielsen measurement and systems
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing project timelines, particularly involving marketing attribution and/or tune-in measurement
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all staff levels, providing research and data insights both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with data visualization tools (specifically Tableau) and a passion for storytelling using data

Job Description

The Director, Global UXUI Experience Design role is a core member of the Global Experience Design Group at UPR, focused on advancing an innovative, seamless, and inclusive user experience connecting the immersive physical in park experience through digital touchpoints to drive engagement, conversion, and build fan loyalty. Will play a critical role in identifying and designing new digital products that engage and transform the customer experience. Works closely with a cross functional team to ideate and develop new experiences that unlock the potential of Universal Parks’ products and platforms for our guests. Will lead and support the development of short, mid-long-term strategies focused on driving business results and experience strategies across our 5 Global Theme Park destinations with a primary focus on the development of our new theme park, Epic Universe at Universal Orlando Resorts and New Venture destinations.

Customer Experience

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategies and design solutions that support the UPR Global Experience Design vision and strategies across the consumer journey with a focus on identifying customer challenges to help improve the user experience.
  • Develop end-to-end experiences and enhancements across all customer touch points and channels in partnership with a cross functional team. Projects will include new product launches, customer facing channel enhancements and capabilities that evolve Universal Park’s & Resort’s experiences to align with our Global Brand standards and Experience Principals.
  • Conduct UX Research and assess end-to-end business processes, and practices, identify and implement enhancements to improve customer satisfaction in effort to deepen loyalty and trust with our guests.
  • Drive solutions for key business decisions with and through the organization to enable alignment and collaboration as new products or enhancements roll out.
  • Ensure that the designed practices, annual product and consumer targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met based on the experiences delivered. In addition, be responsible for profit and loss as well as operational profitability of the product as influenced by the consumer’s reception and experience.

GAME DESIGN

  • Act as the subject matter expert and driver of new products and UXUI solutions with product & creative teams to support the end-to-end experience.
  • Continually challenge the status quo by understanding consumer preference and intent. Champion, communicate and reinforce the Global Experience Design Vision to deliver the next paradigm in the immersive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with portfolio partners on new opportunities in developing areas of the games and digital markets, leveraging advanced technologies such as blockchain and NFT’s. Develop a deep understanding of these constantly evolving spaces and provide paths to activate using NBC Universal intellectual property to sustain and grow our overall business and engage fans.

LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

  • Lead teams to define and develop user-centered design experiences in partnership with Creative, Product and Technology teams across all Global platforms (web, mobile, interactives games and immersive technologies)
  • Lead and coach a highly collaborative and talented Global UXUI team of internal UXUI Designers, Interaction Designers, Copy Writers and UX Researchers. MEASUREMENT & ANALYTICS

  • Conduct usability testing to test hypothesis and experimental design work that will transform and enhance the Universal Parks user experience as well as to identify design problems, uncover opportunities for improvement and learn about the target user’s behavior and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project team leadership and large-scale program planning and implementation as well as willing to be hands on when needed

Job Description

  • Content Producers work closely with assignment editors, reporters, and anchors to produce, write, edit and gather content on all WCAU platforms.
  • Must be able to line produce newscasts.
  • Must understand the station mission and priorities.
  • Must be knowledgeable on daily news events, aware of past events, and understand news in the Philadelphia market.

This Coordinator role will be in the Creative Content department within the NBC Entertainment Marketing group. Responsibilities will include handling two busy executive desks, managing day-to-day administrative and scheduling functions for the department, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions. This position will support to the Senior Vice Presidents of Scripted & Unscripted Creative Content, the Creative team, and various organizational and production duties as assigned.

  • Manage research needs around competitive unscripted and scripted programming and development. Likewise, collaborate with development, production and marketing leaders to help inform audience-building strategies, and evaluate content and creative.
