Louder with Crowder is looking for a Video Director who is responsible for translating Steven’s vision from the script to the screen. The perfect candidate will use their mastery of mise-en-scene and editing to establish comedic tone, style, and rhythm for all Louder with Crowder pre-filmed sketches, opens, commercials, and music videos. This includes:

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a full-time Director of Worship, Music, and Arts who will further First Methodist Carrollton’s vision of filling every neighborhood with the Good News of God’s love through developing and facilitating dynamic, inspiring, engaging and energetic worship experiences.
Worship is more than just great music and stage presence; worship is an experience; it is an expression of our recognition for who God is and a thankfulness for His goodness. We are looking for someone who can bring great energy to our worship experience and lead the congregation in excellent modern worship while honoring tradition, incorporating the worship team, instrumentals, choir and other art forms.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has proficiency in both singing and playing the piano, with the ability to lead the congregation and worship team while playing, including the verbal and musical ability to segue between songs and provide musical interludes as appropriate for the uninterrupted flow of worship.
- Is fluent in instrumental and choral music as well as leading modern worship.
- Understands and appreciates both traditional and contemporary music and worship styles.
- Has the ability to recruit, train, empower and lead a team of both volunteer and paid musicians.

- Is organized and manages time effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve and support the vision, mission and strategic plan of the church.

This Video/Photo Production Specialist will be responsible for videography, photography, and other production responsibilities, as well as post-production video editing, retouching, and basic motion graphics design.
The Video/Photo Production Specialist should be a team player, eager to learn, and someone who enjoys bringing creative videography/photography projects to life in support of larger B2B marketing efforts and deliverables.
Ideal Video/Photo Production Specialist candidates will have:
– At least 1-2+ years of video and photo production and post-production experience as part of either an in-house marketing/creative team, ad agency, production, or post-production studio.
– BA degree in multimedia design, video production, communications/marketing, or related field
– Fully proficient and proven experience operating photography and video equipment including cameras, audio/microphones, lenses and lens accessories, lighting, tripods/supports, battery/power supplies, etc.
– Fully proficient with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
– Basic proficiency with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics design
– Experience participating in pre-production meetings, developing shot lists, and taking the lead on video/photo shoots

Description
We are looking for music educators to join our Music Education Services department for teaching positions! This role will provide music instruction at local schools. Ideal educators will have a passion for teaching music and a high level of energy. Interviewing now for Fall 23 School Year!
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):
- Teach music classes in schools both in group settings and in one-on-one settings based on contracts with each school. Class sizes vary from a few students to over 50 kids.
- Use recruiting tools, set up instrument testing events, recruitment nights, and other programs to entice kids at a school to join the band/orchestra program. This may require on-site activities after school hours.
- Prepare lesson plans, curriculum and benchmarking for all students, report on the progress of students against those benchmarks via progress reports and report cards. Benchmarks for each instrument and experience level will be provided.
- Maintain quality relationships with school administration and principals to secure schedules for classes, notify schools of changes to classes or schedules, and notify the office if students are not attending or have other issues in class.
- Coordinate concerts, solo & ensemble activities, and other events and performances to engage with students and parents.
- Work with retail store and education representatives to make sure students have the instrument and supplies necessary to be successful in class.
- Teach summer lessons and continuing education activity to students that wish to continue over the summer.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
As part of the production team of the East Hartford Summer Youth Festival’s summer 2023 production of Disney’s Newsies, the Music Director oversees the musical aspects of the production, including leading music rehearsals and conducting the pit orchestra.
Rehearsals begin June 20 and are held on Monday-Thursday evenings. Performances will be July 28-30
Stipend available for qualified candidates
Position Responsibilities:
· Attend and accompany auditions (or help to secure an accompanist)
· Together with the director, assign vocal parts to cast members (Cast is age 8-adult).
· Plan and conduct music rehearsals and music related elements of production in a fun but safe manner.
· Help provide music rehearsal tracks as needed.
· Provide individual assistance to cast members in learning music when needed.
· Help find musicians to fill pit orchestra positions as well as conduct pit orchestra for performances.
· Ensure all materials are gathered and put away after rehearsals and performances.
· Attend all rehearsals and performances as scheduled.
Qualifications
Experience music directing children and adult musical theater productions, teaching music to people of all skill and experience levels, piano accompaniment skills, and ability to conduct both singers and pit orchestra.
