Seattle Met seeks an Editor in Chief / Director of Content to continue moving our award-winning magazine and robust website into a firmly digital-first future. We’re looking for an empathetic leader with a strong editorial vision—someone who finds joy in creating smart, witty lifestyle journalism for a sophisticated audience in one of the most fascinating cities in America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide editorial strategy across existing and emerging platforms, with a particular emphasis on digital
  • Develop Seattle Met’s editorial calendar, working with the team to maintain editorial quality, meet deadlines, and balance resources
  • Editing, writing, and proofreading as needed; we all wear multiple hats, including the EIC
  • Manage editorial team, ensuring clear communication, expectations, and collaboration
  • Set and maintain editorial standards
  • Grow editorial direction as new business initiatives arise, including e-commerce, video, and social platforms
  • Manage annual editorial budget and ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner
  • Collaborate across editorial divisions and markets
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years or more of journalism experience, particularly in the digital and emerging media space
  • Experience managing an editorial team
  • Strong editing, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with SEO and creative formats in digital publishing
  • Attention to detail, with an eye for accuracy
  • High journalistic and personal ethics
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

The base compensation range for this role is $80K-$100K. The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Social Media Manager at TSS

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll lead our clients’ organic social strategy and lead a team of Social Media Executives and one other Manager and their pod.

This role will work closely with our Social Media Director to craft the direction of the department, with the goal of becoming a Social Media Director yourself within the next 6-12 months.

You’ll work on core social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $70,000 -$117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Elsewhere is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our rapidly growing, creative, and effective marketing team.

This individual will be responsible for helping improve the organization and efficiency of our social media efforts, as well as assisting in improving reach and engagement across all platforms (including but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Spotify, Soundcloud, Tik Tok and Instagram). ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely with our content creators and photographers to develop platform specific content
  • Working with the E-Commerce team and web development partners to coordinate content changes to the website

Reporting into the Commercial Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator for Armand de Brignac will play a crucial role in supporting our key marketing pillars for the brand. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with the Channel Teams, Trade Teams, agencies, and Consumer Engagement leads on PR, Experiential/Partnerships. This role will also interface directly with our global Maison based in NYC.

Resource Allocation & Ordering

  • Allocates all POSM by Brand, to region, to markets.
  • Ad-Hoc Orders of POSM for Markets/Projects/Events
  • Oversees the PPP Store Order Windows
  • Manages the Anaplan entries & EPOS ID creation.
  • Coordinate with TM and Brand Muscle & Trade Portal to upload content

Budget Management

  • Assist Processing of PR’s, PO’s, GR’s & Budget/Invoice Management
  • Evaluates POSM Consumption vs Forecast

Project Management

  • Assist with all requests including events, product, POS coordination
  • Partner with Maison on ad hoc Maison and HQ requests (i.e., coordinating MHD Trips, event hospitality, etc.)
  • Manage agency on boarding and at times leading end to end brief to execution of small events and programs

Day-to-Day Support

  • Provide updates for internal presentations and reporting
  • Manage agency communications and lead recurring status meetings with key stakeholders (arrange and attend integrated agency status meetings as needed)
  • MAP support (monthly forecasting, PR/PO requests, invoice review and processing)
  • Support Director on SOWs and conversations with procurement information and agency on boarding

Sample Closet Requests and Management

  • Manage process for accessing samples and tracking product in sample closet

  • Handle all FAR requests
  • Request sample orders for events, partnerships, gifting, content creation, etc.
  • Coordinate with Maison on customized gift boxes
  • Support Maison on all (US-RN requests as needed)

Commercial Planning Process

  • Support the annual brand planning process, assisting with development of marketing programs from ideation to presentation, tools setup and development
  • Lead POSM & VAP Management process (system inputs, allocations, communication to regions, etc.)
  • Assist with the development of marketing programs and tools in partnership with Maison and MHUSA teams, ensure communication of plans and assets to regional teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Professional Experience

2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

Practical/Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

A key position in our team is the Global Display & Video Account Director.

This role is working with brand teams to manage the display and video media for client’s brand campaigns across the world.

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the brand teams and channel teams to create best in class display and video campaigns that are optimised for the outcomes set by the brands in the portfolio. In addition, the successful candidate will support the brand leads in defining the correct approach to campaign moments, whether that be direct, IO based implementation or a more biddable/programmatic route (where activation of this media will be done via biddable team). The successful candidate will work with the manager and executive on the account to define the route of display and video for Kering and its Maisons.

An expert knowledge of media principles in the display and video space will be needed as well as being able to provide an integrated media response, project managing the Go Live of the campaign gathering and analysing the campaign response for learnings and constant improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee and support on providing high quality recommendations and innovative media solutions in response to briefs from brand team and/or clients
  • Full understanding of display planning tools and confidently interpret the data provide to form robust rationales that ladder back to clients’ objectives/KPIs.
  • Responsible for the correct management of Display Investment and billings across your clients
  • Implement innovative and creative ideas to the Display & Video planning process for your clients and share with wider the brand teams and/or clients
  • Work closely with the programmatic team to rationalise the best approach to display and video
