Job Summary

In this role, your objective is to be responsible for overall sales support functions including (but not limited to) supporting dealer/customer relationships, maintaining quality dealer presence, update distributor displays and P.O.P. material and orchestrating and coordinating customer appreciation events, sales events, as well as trade shows in the NY, NJ, PA tri-state area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement sales driven programs such as (but not limited to) “Demo Days” with vendors and re-merchandising “Grand openings”, coordinating Trade Shows
  • Attend home shows and provide customer service
  • Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues.
  • Planning event aspects, such as venue, invitations, seating, dining, and guest list.
  • Compile and maintain attendee lists for events and trade shows and assist with hotel bookings and attendee registrations. Assist with other trade show and marketing projects as requested by management.
  • Strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings while taking clients on tours of venue possibilities. This may include traveling for site visits.
  • Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers.
  • Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications.
  • Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner.
  • Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down.
  • Communicating with marketing team (brand managers and field marketing managers) to create effective advertisements for each event.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to client and vendors.
  • Responsible for supporting the Outside Sales Representatives in a designated region

Requirements/Education/ Experience

Summary of Position:

As an Account Manager at Mirrored Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving client management and success. Job Responsibilities:

Account Management and Strategy:

  • Serve as the primary, day-to-day client contact on multiple projects to ensure overall goals and KPIs are met.

Base salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to help us promote and integrate all our offerings digitally. Our ideal candidate will have extensive digital marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of graphic design, branding, technology, social media, and content creation execution. Responsibilities:

· Graphic Design: Design original marketing assets with our firms established brand identity and guidelines including online and print advertising, email marketing, social media graphics, and other marketing pieces for various products and projects. Adobe Creative Suite experience required.

· Email Marketing: Create engaging and informative email marketing campaigns and streamline need to know information to clients based on business needs. Be able to effectively distribute written communication.

· Social Media: Manage our social media channels and work with the Marketing Director to create new engaging and educational content to scale our social presence. Have experience with managing and testing online campaigns.

· Video Content Creation and Editing: Skillfully edit both videos and photos to create captivating content that aligns with our brand’s image and values.

· Support the organizing of events including Grand Openings, Trade Shows, Seminars, Sponsored Events & Charity Events.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for both photo and video

· Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience

· Google Analytics, Online Advertising and/or Social Media channels

· Strong oral, written and organization skills

· Proficient in writing copy for marketing material

· Keen eye for design

· Data-Driven

· Knowledge and understanding of marketing/advertising

· Knowledge and understanding of Financial Institutions is a huge bonus

Summary

We are looking for a Director or Senior-level Marketing Manager for a portfolio of Samsung mobile apps/services for Galaxy devices including Samsung Gaming Hub, Samsung Galaxy Store, and Samsung News. In this role you will develop go-to-market plans and execute across a variety of campaigns, lifecycle comms, social content, partner programs, and industry events. As a key member of the cross-functional team, your impact will be felt across our Services business, driving increased awareness, user growth, and engagement. Responsibilities

● Lead go-to-market strategy and planning for Samsung gaming apps/services in NA

● Develop campaigns, lifecycle comms, social media content, partner programs, community events, and other marketing initiatives on and off-platform to achieve our business goals.

● Collaborate with priority partners and publishers to define a content marketing calendar, align marketing plans, and support their biggest titles and offers on our platforms.

● Brief and manage external agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

● Report the impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

● Partner closely with Product, BD/Partnerships, Creative and other teams in NA and Korean HQ to ensure our go-to-market planning and execution is seamlessly integrated.

Skills and Qualifications

● Passionate about media and entertainment and interested in how cloud/streaming technology will shape the future of content experiences, business models, and communities.

● 12+ years experience in digital and mobile marketing roles, with at least 3+ years leading day-to-day marketing execution for a consumer mobile app/service.

● Experience hiring and managing a high-performing team, but also comfortable operating independently with lean resources when needed.

● Deep experience leading campaign development from briefing to integrated execution, including online video, digital and mobile ads, paid acquisition, social media, website landing pages, comms initiatives and event activations.

● Experience managing and optimizing a lifecycle marketing program through Braze or similar platforms, including email, push notifications, and multi-channel automations.

● Experience working with data analysts to measure, analyze, and report the impact of marketing initiatives, including brand lift, user acquisition, and retention/engagement.

● Experience partnering closely with Product, UX, and Research teams to understand the needs of a target segment and develop product marketing plans to meet those needs.

● Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate strategic plans, provide timely updates to execs, and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

● Comfortable operating in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve plans as business priorities change.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on driving measurable business impact.
