Position: Director of Marketplaces and 3rd Party eCommerce

Objective: The Director of 3rd Party and Marketplaces is responsible for leading and executing on the North American strategy and sales results for 3rd Party eCommerce, Marketplaces, i.e., Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, aiming to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and increase market share. This role involves maximizing existing accounts and capitalizing on emerging opportunities while maintaining a premium position for our company and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive double-digit revenue growth and increase profitability for Marketplaces and 3rd Party Partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sell-through rates. With an emphasis on Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target and our 3P partner broker model.

Required Experience:

Rhoback is looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Brand Asset Coordinator to join our brand team with a primary focus on managing all on and off-site photo shoots. By focusing on the entire itinerary of the shoots, this position will require a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. This position will have a wide range of responsibilities, but will mainly focus their time on developing shoot schedules, selecting outfits for models, tracking product that has been shot and/or that needs to be shot, and developing shoot run of shows, among other roles.

The Brand Asset Coordinator should be enthusiastic to plan and execute photo shoots. The best candidate will be eager to come in and learn the products, while having exceptional communication skills. This person will be responsible for working with several departments including the media house, design team, merchandising team and brand team. By coordinating both in studio and out of studio shoots, this person will work on tracking all product that needs to be shot in studio and out of studio, selecting locations that fit the current season’s color stories, coordinating outfits, pairing accessories, scheduling models, booking travel, and following the style guide to make sure all pairings remain on brand. There may be opportunity for travel to have a presence on out of studio shoots to help execute, while keeping a strong attention to detail.

This role will be based in Charlottesville, VA. Individual will be reporting to Rhoback’s Brand Manager and will work closely with Rhoback’s media house, founders, and merchandising team, among others.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create run of show for content shoots, including a detailed itinerary for travel, outfits, shoot locations, and timing.

• Select gear that fits into each shoot, while properly pairing it with the necessary tops/bottoms/accessories/footwear.

• Work with warehouse and photography team to clearly organize and track all new items needing to be shot in the photo studio.

• Work with the merchandising and email teams to develop tracker for all items needing lifestyle shots and the status of the shots being completed.

• Establish network of models and model agencies across the country that are on brand and represent Rhoback’s customer base.

• Develop network of freelance photographers and videographers to lean on for help when necessary.

• Help lead all in-studio shoots by tracking all product being shot, cross referencing the shot list, making sure all shots fit the style guide, and pairing the necessary accessories.

• Help execute Rhoback’s style guide, fitting the products being shot to the setting they’re being shot in.

• Help pack all gear, making sure all necessary items are packed and/or steamed and ready to be shot.

• Work with media house to prepare them for what outfits will be shot, helping them create a shot list for all necessary shots.

• Manage the pulling and returning of all inventory from shoots, while making sure it is all properly accounted for in the inventory system.

Requirements:

• College degree required, ideally in Marketing.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Clear organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Possess eye for color and stays current with industry trends, specifically in the activewear and golf markets.

• Keen eye for photogenic locations and ability to diversify types of locations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Director, Market Access Commercial Analytics, Hem/CAR-T engages as a dynamic team leader and trusted advisor to the US and Global MAx Commercialization Analytics (Hematology/CAR-T) Executive Directors (Marketing and Pricing) and their respective teams responsible for the HEM-CAR-T MAx portfolio, leading Commercialization Analytics partnership by providing oversight to the full MAx integrated book-of-work (market research and analytics) for HEM/CAR-T for in-market and pipeline assets and business development. –       Commercial – Office and business parks, industrial parks with decentralized generation, shopping centers, auto charging stations (infrastructure)/electric vehicles – “e-mobility”

–       Private Microgrids – Privately owned microgrids (SMEs and individuals) – who want to be able to island off the grid temporarily, or full-time – via AC and DC microgrids, with generation, distribution, and consumption on one site. Can be commercial, residential, or public sector microgrids

–       Shipping Industry – Makes it possible to travel for up to 24 hours under purely electric power (floating energy storage systems (FESS)), harbor infrastructure, and quick charging infrastructure near rivers, lakes, seas and oceans.

Although the new BESS project manager can be based anywhere in the US.

 

This is where you come into play. We need a knowledgeable energy industry Project Manager who has the right mix of industry and technical experience, network of connections with vendors, and capable personality who can identify with CellCube’s company culture of success, technological know-how, and strong attention to detail and project execution. 

 

Candidate and Position Summary 

 

Our ideal candidate will have successfully worked in and around the energy storage, alternative energy (wind, solar, geothermal, hydroelectric), electric grid and utility, and/or power generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption market segments for multiple years.

 

As a member of the North America organization, you will collaborate with other sales, business development, engineering, production and marketing team members to provide the sales and operational support needed to install and commission CellCube BESS.

 

Minimum academic and professional qualifications are a BA or BS in an applicable STEM field (mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, physics, etc.), and/or a business discipline with deep experience within the energy storage, alternative, power, and grid industries, on both a technical and business management basis. Expected work experience in our target industries is a minimum 5 years.  PMP certification is a plus. Renewable Energy construction background required.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing battery energy storage (BESS) projects during the entire sales engagement cycle from deal close, to shipment, to installation/commissioning, to construction on-site, to post installation support and services – in strong collaboration with sales, engineering, production and service teams

 

  • You will be working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deploy best-in-class Flow Battery long duration BESS solutions for a wide variety of energy storage applications during all phases of the bid, construction and close of the project – including post-installation follow up and support i.e. measuring performance and customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS)

 

  • Ensure all projects are executed with the correct scope of work, strategy, project schedule, contract, time, budget and all are aligned between all stakeholders, including vendors and sub-contractors

 

  • Ensure that project deliverables and KPI’s are monitored, and that reporting and escalation standards are followed  

 

  • In partnership with engineering and production teams in Austria, identify inefficiencies and root cause issues in product, project, or process to optimize operational efficiency and positive outcomes

 

  • Analyze and prepare process improvement initiatives across multiple cross-functional areas such as Order-to-Cash, cycle-time reduction, pipeline health and management, operational cost mitigation and budget reduction

 

Expectations

 

•       Technical and commercial responsibility to execute projects

•       10 years experience in renewable energy construction projects, including solar or battery storage

•       Project Management of all customer projects (from takeover to handover by the customer and sales team to production, deployment and after sales support)

•       Continuous evaluation, documentation of performed services and projects, management of project-team(s), problem solving and set resolution

•       Ensure projects are executed in line with standard process and documentation

•       Ensure project safety and environmental standards are met

•       Sales support during the negotiation phase, support of sales management, involvement in final contract negotiation

•       Conduct service partner and customer trainings together with Services Team

•       Support Solution Design and System Engineering teams to stay in line with contractual terms and conditions of the project

•       Support the solution focused thinking within the organization

•       Completed technical or commercial training with CellCube’s management and engineering teams

•       High flexibility and willingness to travel

•       Work in a hybrid model – Denver-based office and remote
