JOB DETAILS: We are seeking models for an exciting campaign featuring Carter’s, OshKosh B’Gosh, and Little Planet brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the latest styles from these renowned children’s clothing lines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Showcase the clothing in a natural and engaging manner during the photoshoot.
  • Follow direction from the photographer and creative team to achieve the desired look and feel of the campaign.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude on set.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Models must fit the specified size requirements as listed above.
  • Special Needs models must be 8Y or under.
  • Sibling models must fit the specified size requirements (8Y or under).
  • Families with babies and kids must have children 8Y or under.
  • Previous modeling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

COMPENSATION:

  • Payment will be discussed individually with each selected model or family.

The Work

As Senior Manager of Strategy, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the organization. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience

· 2+ years’ experience working as a management consultant at one of the top ten management consulting firms.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

· Several years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related role.

· Strong understanding of business and financial concepts, including market dynamics, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.

· Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

· Excellent understanding of business and financial concepts, including valuation methods.

Job Duties

The expected base salary ranges from $150,000-$170,000. We are currently looking for a seasoned Program Manager. The Program Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers.   • Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Responsible for the overall contract performance.
  • Develop comprehensive program and project plans to be shared with clients and other project members. Continually assess risks and opportunities for program delivery improvement.
  • Directs and coordinates activity of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Prepares projects for management, clients, or others.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedule or plans as required.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. This includes resource constraints, project scheduling and deliverables, and planning/capturing/reporting of expenses (both labor and other costs).
  • Support initiatives and program performance for highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to help develop and manage projects to scope, identifying program growth opportunities during execution.
  • Must ensure that all deliverables (e.g., CLIN’s and any supporting documentation) as required by the government contract/program are of high quality and are timely as required to the designated customer organizations.
  • Produce and manage Executive Dashboards for customer visibility into programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Navy and Navy supply chain experience 10 years’ experience as a Program / Project Manager
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
  • US Citizen able to attain a government security clearance. Current or recent security clearance (SECRET or better) preferred. Understanding of Federal acquisition and contracting process(es)
  • PMP Certification desired.
  • Must have excellent oral and written skills, computer savvy, ability to support presentation and documentation of project status, proposals for business growth, and other presentations germane to projects and company objectives.
