About the Role

NULASTIN is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our growing company. You will be a key member of the leadership team with responsibilities that include driving consistent revenue growth, overseeing rollouts to new markets, and monitoring and optimizing growth performance. You are available to work in the office with the team at least 2 days a week.

The Director of Marketing needs to have an in-depth understanding of how to drive ecommerce sales through effective and cost-efficient marketing initiatives. You should be an analytical and strategic thinker able to balance new customer acquisition strategies with retention initiatives as well as identifying and implementing new business development. You are an out of the box thinker and willing to get in the weeds and do whatever needs to be done, including creating assets and writing messaging, to accomplish marketing KPIs. You use direct reporting to monitor performance. You have a proven track record for effective and positive leadership and are able to motivate and inspire the team to achieve and outperform the company’s strategic goals. You have a consumer centric mindset with strong experience applying this mindset in a digital environment. 

The Marketing Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and oversees and manages the fractional acquisition and retention team and the internal brand and creative team. Responsibilities include:

  • Build and implement marketing plans with clear revenue targets and KPIs
  • Drive profitable ecommerce business across brand site and amazon.com
  • Manage and maintain marketing promo calendar, which includes market-specific launches, promotions and programs and ensure successful implementation cross departments
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of promotions throughout production, development, and analysis process
  • Ensure all promotional programs are in line with the company objectives and strategies
  • Analyze market segments to determine growth opportunities; put together marketing plans to support launches of new initiatives and into new markets
  • Utilize commercial and consumer data to develop a comprehensive understanding of market, category, and segment dynamics; utilize this data to craft differentiated and compelling selling stories to use across company platforms
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, becoming the go-to source for competitor insight 
  • Understand NULASTIN’s product portfolio, features and benefits, how they differ from direct competitors, and why consumers and potential partners should care
  • Lead weekly meetings with marketing team; identify needs and areas of opportunity, and guide the team to further drive businesses development and maintain marketing analytics dashboards
  • Lead and motivate direct reports towards the company’s strategic goals
  • Ensure relevant assets are produced, distributed, and used as needed to support marketing strategies

Qualifications 

  • Proven track record of 8+ years of D2C online marketing experience; huge plus if you have experience in the beauty, vanity, and personal care industry
  • Ability to translate our brand vision to the online channel and execute strategies that lead the company consistently towards that vision
  • Experience evaluating new market and new product launches as well as implementation of new market and new product launches for D2C brands
  • Strong skills in marketing strategy and planning, implementation, and budget management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing marketing team
  • Experience in a startup-like environment and understand the importance of teamwork, communication, and cross departmental collaboration
  • Needs to be a creative and analytical thinker and problem solver, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, having attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

Compensation

The candidate should expect advancement opportunity and scope, once talent, work experience, skills and certifications are assessed. The starting salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience) with opportunity for bonuses and ownership interest. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop executive level client relationship for specific accounts in portfolio

Job qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Over 10 years’ experience and a proven track record of being a recognized leader and manager of people in a national or global customer service intensive environment. Experience in business process outsourcing services to Law Firms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated record in developing strategic growth solutions that have permanently resolved poor account revenue and gross profit growth performance
  • Must be comfortable with “managing up” into the C-Suite developing relationships at the CAO, COO, CIO and CFO level.
  • Established accomplishments in successfully growing volume, profitability and client satisfaction & loyalty
  • Excellent client management skills with a service-minded approach towards the client. Must be sensitive to client needs, remaining calm and confident, even in stressful situations
  • Proven experience in the development, implementation and management of complex multi-service solutions for clients
  • At least one year business development experience
  • Minimum of five years’ of successful financial management; understanding of how day-to-day and strategic decisions

‘The Underdoggs’ Peewee Football Players Casting Call

***Now Casting PAID MINOR BG (AGES 9 to 12) who can play PEEWEE FOOTBALL TEAM PLAYERS for a new MGM Movie entitled “THE UNDERDOGGS” produced Snoop Dogg and Kenya Barris. (Vaccinated & boosted)

CAB Castings is now accepting submissions for extras to work on the upcoming MGM feature-length motion picture project “THE UNDERDOGGS”. Filming will be in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas September 2022 through November 2022.

Production is seeking people local to the Atlanta, GA area to play various extra roles in the film; children and adults of ALL ethnicities, ages, genders, and sizes are encouraged to apply.

We will be casting for Non-Union talent. All extra work, testing and fittings are paid. Local hire only, no travel or housing provided. Filming will generally take place Monday through Friday and is often a 12+ hour commitment for each day of work.

Mandatory local COVID testing will be required before any in-person work. Testing will be provided by production.

[VLAD THE HEAD VAMPIRE] MALE 40s-50s. The big, bad villain of the film. Scary. Intimidating. Vlad has been asleep for many years, and has finally awoken so he can get his revenge.
[ARNOLD] MALE 40s-50s. Rough and rugged, but has a clean smile. Eugene has spent many years of his life searching for the monstrous threat that lurks in the shadows.
[SEAN] MALE 10-14 years old. The so called “leader” of the monster club. Sean is determined and not afraid of anything, even if monsters are real…A loyal and dedicated friend, the only responsibility he neglects is the one requiring to watch his little sister.
[SPECS] MALE 10-14 years old. Our bumbling and lovable comic relief. Specs always has something to say, and he doesn’t care who is listening. He’s not afraid of “anything”, or so he says….think of “Chunk” from “The Goonies.”
[JOEY] MALE 10-14 years old. The last piece of our group of heroes. Joey is the outcast, rebel, and bad boy type. He doesn’t need to overreact to make that known. He knows being slick and calm is the route to go.
[PEYTON] FEMALE 10-14 years old. The girl next door. Smart, cunning and sporty, but don’t let her looks deceive you, because this girl knows more about comic books than most.
[JAMES] MALE 40s-50s. Old school rough and rugged type. Think 80’s action star if he was a cop. Handsome and good looking, but relaxed and collective. James is the father of Sean and Morgan. As a single father, and Sheriff of the town, James usually has a lot going on, but that doesn’t stop him from being a good man.
[MORGAN] FEMALE 5-10 years old. Sean’s little sister. Morgan just wants to fit in with her older brother and his group of friends.
[FATHER SAMPSON] MALE 50s-60s. A soft spoken and genuinely welcoming man. One could think he is the true heart and soul of the town.
 
The FOLLOWING roles are considered SUPPORTING, and will work 1-2 days:
 
[THE DRIVER] MALE 40’s-50’s. Cigarette smoker and not clean shaven, and clearly doesn’t care about his job. He is a prison transport driver.
[MUSTACHE] MALE 40’s-50’s. Hard ass and tough guy. Mustache is in charge of a prison transport bus, and oversees getting prisoners from point A to point B.
[BIG] MALE 30’s-40’s. Intimidating and scary. 1 of 3 prisoners who escape from the Prison Transport after the attack. They are the type you wouldn’t want to cross in a dark alley in the middle of the night. Character types welcome. The more unique the look, the better.
[KAYLA] FEMALE 20s-30s. The first monster we get a glimpse at. Kayla tries to contain the beast within, but is overtaken by the urges. **IDEALLY, physically fit, or gymnast.**
[EUGENE] MALE 30s-50s. Town drunk. A mean and abusive person, who is the first to fall to Vlad’s onslaught.
[MR. SPRITZER] MALE 40s-50s. Loud and mean. Not in the best shape since the divorce. Mr. Spritzer isn’t amused by kids games.
[BILLY] MALE 10-15 years old. Athletic. Upperclassmen to our group of heroes. Billy and Joey are two friends who are embarrassed to go the conventional route of buying comic books.
[FATHER WINSTON] MALE 50s-60s. A man of the cloth, and the handler of the two Vaughn Brothers. A no nonsense man of his word. Father Winston keeps the Vaughn Brothers in line, while honoring his role as a Father of the Church.
[ANGELA] FEMALE 40s-50s. Classic Italian woman who looks like she was stripped right out of a 70’s Scorsese movie. She’s got the attitude. She’s got the grit. She’s got the towering hairstyle.
 
ALSO CASTING
 
[HEAVILY FEATURED MONSTERS] Looking for people interested in being monsters. This would require prosthetics, and/or a little bit of makeup. These would be HEAVILY featured roles.

We will be shooting October 2nd-October 16th. Must have flexible availability during those dates. The location will be around Rhode Island.
